MOTION provides the best spin class in the UAE. A revisited indoor cycling experience to work on both your body and on your mind.
This is not a normal, competitive SPIN class. MOTION is a 45 minutes’ session practiced in a dark candlelit room and designed to inspire, motivate and raise your soul while giving you a full body workout and burning up to 1000 calories per session. Each class is made with passion to build a unique experience where you focus on yourself, have fun and get stronger mentally, emotionally and physically.

Our facilities include showers with Malin + Goetz products, changing rooms with La Roche Posay high end cosmetics and a bar with our famous signature protein shakes.

Fantastic experience: A great space. Peaceful and tranquil. The inspirational welcome card and lick of essential oil on your wrist a lingering warm fuzzy feeling. Our instructor was gentle but pushed where she saw reluctance, motivation in a joke willing you that extra centimeter or two seconds more. From experienced to beginners, this class is a "must" for anyone who wants to end their week with a well deserved Namaste.

Fantastic experience: We love dubai because we’re not short of options and that applies to yoga / flow studios, we’re super lucky to have lots of them around but Motion Flow stands out as every single detail is thought, curated and put out there with intention. The space is crazy gorgeous, a serene and calm space where taking your shower or grabbing your coffee after class is easy, we like ease ☺️ what adds to its character is obviously the people, kindness and inclusion being their strength and to top that, engaging and meaningful values that strengthens the community belonging ♥️✨
