Fantastic experience: Hi I have been using the gym now more than 6 months, would highly recommend it. The equipment are good, staff are really sweet and helpful. Being a female I think it's very safe gym in international city compared to another ones around. A bit expensive though lol. But it's really a very good gym and very good staff.

Negative experience: I do not advise anyone to go to this gym. This gym is the worst gym in the Emirates. The management is very bad and cheater, you feel that it has never seen anything(money)good before, They cheater subscribers member in the gym by activating automatic renewal, and when the subscriber is surprised by the withdrawal of the amount from his account and objects, they refuse to return the amount to him.

Customer service is a main priority for us hens this explanatory reply. As per our very comprehensive email reply to you, we are clarifying ones more that our annual subscription ara available in both options: via cash ( over the counter) as well as via online (under automatic renewal subscription). Your Sir have chosen the automatic renewal. It is ONLY BY YOU ( the client) that such can be made - via your own electronic devise where you created your own account and imputed your own information and where you have also signed approving the online automatic renewal subscription. ( pictures attached for your reminder ) We only received your invoice and base on that we created your entry permit in our gym. The issue here is that when you forgot to cancel your membership and you requested a refund, you did so with false accusation of cheating and display of physical and verbal aggression towards our front desk team- and this being the only reason of Management Refusal to entertain your further. We have honor plenty of refunds due to pregnancy, medical impediments and even home relocation because the customers requesting it have been kind and decent in doing so. Kindness and responsibility goes a long way dear Sir. And we will always be here to reciprocate. We hope you have a peaceful and great year ahead filled with smiles.
Negative experience: One of the worst gym I have encountered in my life. Many are worst(cheater) in their principles and fraudulent and facility management. They force the customers to do the subscribers online or pay 2.5% extra, if the customer make online payment for the subscription thay activate automatic selection renewal, and do not respond to the customer if he objects or refuses the auto subscribe when hi serprise with the bank SMS of the amount detected. the gym receptionist inform you،you can object only by sending an email to the management , and the management do not respond to the email only after month and Without a useful and convincing response. They consider that they are very worst gym (cheater) and he did not believe that a certain amount of money would come into them. Summary: The worst gym in Dubai, and you feel like they are cheaters management . I do not advise anyone to participate in it.

Positive experience: It's a good gym in international city , clean, I m a member for more then 5 years now. My request is not minimize the time because it's a health club where people love to come in free time. The recent developments are not in interest of members 1. Friday timing of 9am to 9pm changed 2. Public holidays are time to hit the gym and nowadays the gym closed more like a corporate and unlike a health club Please consider my humble request to maximize the opening hours of gym and avoid unnecessary holidays.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym in International City and within the best gyms in Dubai. Very complete in terms of equipment, small space but everything has been meticulously positioned in order to maximise the space available. As a manager, I really applaud V-fitness’ general manager, for maintaining a high level of organisation and tidiness in the gym. Cleanliness is always maintained at the highest level. Good value for money too. I just wish they would open a little earlier for those of us that have early morning schedules.

Fantastic experience: This is best gym in the area and there's no doubt about this statement. For beginners, moderate trainers or professionals, this gym is the best place to have your muscle tear up, rebuild and grow. One shortcoming is about the AC system. The temp is sometimes lower than people expect so warming up is more indispensable in this scenario.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to all the gym in International city. For me, The only and best gym I can go to when all the gym are fully loaded with all sweating men. This gym is the most cleanest, good smell, organized and well maintained gym I’ve seen in the entire area. The cleaner he never stops cleaning to make sure the place smell and look good. Positive experience: I have been working out in this wonderful wonderful gym for past 7-8 months. Trust me it’s the best gym in international city. My only suggestion to the great management of this gym is to open the gym at 5 A.M. because a lot of people living in international city travel for their daily work and with gym opening at 6 one has to rush with his or her workout. I don’t have any other complaints the machines are well maintained, have never come down with a broken machine. The ambience is energetic and very very very clean. Hope this suggestion is taken into consideration... Hope and pray that you guy keep growing...
