Negative experience: I was asked to pay a deposit fee for a room by card despite the room not having a mini bar so I didn’t get what this deposite fee was really about and until this day Iv not seen the money . They promised a full refund at check out , and when I checked out they told me it takes 7-14 days for me to receive the money , 14 days went by and there was no refund made by the hotel , I went back to the hotel and I spoke to someone at the desk who referred me to another person at the hotel and he told me that they sent the money already to my bank that maybe it’s the bank that has withheld it , I called my bank and they said got told that no refund had been made . I think it’s their way of making money and scamming people .DONT STAY AT TAMANI !!!!

Negative experience: One star because the system cannot give zero!!!Resident in Abu Dhabi come to Dubai for a meeting, and my assistant booked this hotel for me! Unbelievable This hotel actually has a special Chinese introduction on Google, clearly designed to trick Chinese guests. The pictures are totally misleading, and the location is ‘incredibly perfect.’ For the price of a five-star hotel, you get to enjoy a train passing by every 10 minutes, complete with a charming alarm bell! In between, there’s an expert motorcycle squad practicing at random intervals, and the roaring sounds make you feel like you’re at an F1 rally! Oh, and the air conditioning is super ‘smart,’ automatically adjusting itself—but the startup noise is just a tad loud, only as loud as an 8-year-old washing machine !!!!

Negative experience: Very bad hostel. I went and saw the room before renting it and paid the money. After paying the money, they said that this room was already rented and transferred me to a room with a leaking roof and a bed full of bugs. They said they wouldn't refund the money as if they were joking. Hussam in particular is a man who doesn't keep his word. We fixed the problems after I said I would call the police.

Negative experience: I book this hotel because of the 4+ star review. And I was shocked… I got a room at level 3 facing a construction site. The room was small, old, air conditioning was noisy at regular intervals (waking me up a number of times throughout the night), shower wasn’t working properly, etc. They also have a mini bar which sooooo old school (have to place a deposit more expensive than one night rent, wait for them to check the mini bar before check out, and takes another 10 business days for the refund)….

Fantastic experience: The photos do not do justice to this hotel. We family of 4 stayed in the hotel for 7 nights in a 2 room apartment, which was huge in my opinion. The 28th floor apartment had fantastic views during both day and night. Hotel is very close to marina and the tram is just outside of the hotel taking you to JBR beach area and also to metro stations. The rooms are much larger than can be seen in the photos, cleanliness is top level and swimming pool/gym facilities were adequate. Staff always smiled with good service. We didn't try the restaurant, as there is so much to explore in Dubai, so had variety of food outside of hotel all the time. All in all, it's a good hotel and definitely value for money.
Positive experience: In Very good location . Nice and big apartment. Breakfast was awful we just had it on the first day. Friendly staff and very polite . Next time if i come again with my family i am going to stay in Tamani without breakfast
Fantastic experience: It is a family and kids friendly hotel. Specially when you travel with whole family of 4+ is a good and cheap option to stay at one of their huge 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment with a price of a single room hotel in Jumairah. It has fascinating ocean view for 3 bedroom apartment and SHZ Road view for 2 bedroom. Staffs are friendly but they are not enough to serve hotel with this capacity. Resturant is limited to one only which is weakness of hotel.
Positive experience: Wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous infinity pool, friendly staff. Only negative is the high-sided bath tubs which make showering difficult for elderly or disabled.

Fantastic experience: For me, the location was perfect. Short walk from the Marina, shops nearby and the tram station right opposite, 1 minute walk. The reception and other staff are beyond helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They have a whole floor of solo traveler rooms and although classed as single rooms, they are really spacious with a double bed and well appointed. The housekeeping staff are marvellous and will do exactly what you ask. Breakfast was fab and the Cafe Society bar and restaurant was beautiful, if a tiny bit expensive. Can't fault the hotel or staff. Had a wonderful 6 days.

Positive experience: It’s a good value hotel, located next to the Tramway station which makes it easily accessible. The facilities are really good, especially the Jacuzzi and the indoor hot pool, it’s amazing. The outdoor open pool is also awesome and it’s overlooking Dubai city and Ain Dubai specifically.

Fantastic experience: In Mina Seyahi , close to Tram station and Carrefour. Very friendly staff and excellent room service. Mr Hazem Mandour beyond my expectations, he is an amazing manager. I got very nice experience in the Tamani hotel. Gym has some old tools but good for keeping up the stamina. Pool at the roof, nice view. Parking is free. Overall, 8/10

Fantastic experience: Valley parking was not provided, I was waiting in front of the lobby inside my car as I saw a Valley parking table outside, I was totally ignored by the reception staff, no one even came to explain for me that service was not provided. Negative experience: The room we got is just a fair 2br apartment. However... 1. We booked and paid for 2 nights but on the next day they disabled our access card. I went to the reception 2 times asking why access cards are not working so the reception changed the cards 2 times without telling me anything. On the third time I complained to the Manager, only to find out they did not extend our stay. Imagine the manager said the reception won't know it.... What??? They're the people booking our stay and documenting our stay but they don't know we are staying for 2 nights??? What a silly management. 2. There are only 2 families inside...and of course we will talk and laugh in the living area and watch videos on the phone. That's the purpose why we rented the room. But looks like the doors and WALLS are not sound proofed. Poorly built should I say. because as per the manager our voices can be heard from the adjacent and far rooms. UNBELIEVABLE... OR MAYBE GRANDMA IS STAYING NEXT DOOR... Silly management, silly rooms, very unpleasant stay. If you want to have fun... NOT RECOMMENDED in this hotel. Note: we were given room in 16th flr, and in the evening we were informed there was tenant staying there for 15 yrs so no one's allowed to make any sound or the guards and managers will keep knocking on your door. Please note the night duty manager (A. H.) is also rude because looks like the tenant keeps complaining as he is hearing sounds (not noise).... Only sounds...

Negative experience: Tamani Hotel really is a disappointment. First and foremost this hotel is very outdated and old, there seems to have been little to no renovation done since they opened, anyone can tell as soon as you walk into the lobby. My biggest problem with this hotel is the lack of hot water. During a mere 10 minute shower, the water turns lukewarm and showering becomes such an unpleasant experience. I reported this issue to maintenance many times and they just say "nothing is wrong" & does not properly identify and solve the issue. Secondly, the key card slot will deactivate on you every other day. Who wants to come back to their room every other day to find out they're locked out of their room every night?! I also reported this issue to the front desk and they do not seem to be bothered at all with this issue. They are so nonchalant and just say to come reactivate the key each time. The only thing that's good about this hotel is the Cafe society downstairs. They have great food and service, otherwise the hotel itself is subpar. Overall do I recommend to stay here? Not at all. Spend a little extra money and stay at a nicer hotel so your overall experience is not tainted.

Fantastic experience: Nice hotel with good service, we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, size of the apartment is very good, a lot of space and good equipped kitchen. House v cvleaning very good Staff at the breakfast buffet very nice, and a lot of choice at breakfast. If I had to mention an improvement that would be the size of the breakfast area, we had too wait each day for a table, for such a big hotel the size of the breakfast area is way too small, hopefully this will be improved in the future. Overall experience is very good, keep it on like this.

Negative experience: I travel a lot but this was the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel was so noisy. Hotel staff and room service staff keep shouting. They slam doors and make too much noise. The time was around 2am and they kept shouting and laughing in the corridors!! I complained to one of the management team 3 times. Everytime he pretended that he was talking to them on the phone and nothing of course changed. I told the morning manager about my experience but his reply was that ' Sorry I can do nothing for you'. This is in addition to the hotel location in a busy area where you can here the street noise all the time. If you want a sleepless stay go ahead and book in this hotel.
Negative experience: i booked a two bedroom serviced apartment for 6 days. in Agoda they had priced at 550 AED per night. at the point of payment it was 750 AED. at the arrival they charged an extra 200 AED charge and a 500 AED deposit. shame on them for hiding all these on Agoda. requested for a sea view room but they did not provide me. they promised to give a sea view apartment in a day or two and they never got me one as well. the apartment was old but clean but was too old for its price. The location was a nightmare. it is located next to a tram station and every 5mins the road would be closed for the tram to pass by. and just to get in to the hotel, you would have to drive round and round and round and will have to stop by many color lights. The pool staff were unfriendly and look as if we had come for a free swim from the street. the plus points were the size of the apartment and the car parking. it was convenient to park in the building. Definitely not worth the price and made my 6 day Dubai trip horrible.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful hotel in a prime location in Dubai Marina, near of the JBR and the Marina Walk. The hotel is next to the Marina Sayeh tram station, and this is the most important point for any tourist coming to this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is excellent. The hotel in general is considered a suitable option for resting and sleeping. Negative experience: It is not the duty of security to ask guests whether or not to stay at the Hotel. I think that the security service should ensure security, i.e. ensure that there are no quarrels and riots in the hotel. They should not be rude to the guests and make it difficult for them to enter and leave the hotel. The security guard named Paul Chukowokois very rude and causes inconvenience to the guests when entering the hotel parking lot. In the waiting lobby located on the 3rd floor, it is not possible to wait there. Guests visiting the hotel or staying in this apartment are paying for their stay, not free. I know hotel policy well. I am an influencer, a blogger. I go to different hotels. I went from the most expensive to the cheapest. But the service, that is, the service of the security guard, is not at this level. Their culture is very different. They don't ask guests whether they want to live in the hotel or not. It just serves as a service. Well, I have so many things to say that I haven't written them all. Employees like Paul make a hotel's reputation go down. The reputation accumulated over so many years was destroyed by one employee. You are naturally on his side because you work together. Well, the security service, the service is very bad. For example, yesterday, 12.02.2024, I went to Tamani to meet with my client regarding a case. While I was waiting for my client in my service car in the parking lot, the security guard came to me and told me that there can't be a lot of cars here, this place is for the guests of the hotel. Who are we then? We are also guests. However, the security guard was very ill-mannered and behaved very badly. He said that the security guard was carrying out the task given by the hotel manager. Here you tell him, he tells you, it's an incomprehensible situation. I don't remember the name of the security guard, it was probably 11 o'clock in the evening. I think Paul Chukowoko is teaching them how to be polite. These are my personal opinions. I just wrote all this out of pity. For me, this hotel was very valuable and a good hotel. But unfortunately, it is not the same now.

Negative experience: The room is on the 3rd floor next to a massive 6 lane street..you will jump in bed when a truck/car drives through...the noise is horrible...when you have a room next to a lobby, it seems every floor has it, people will sit there and make noise late...the water in the swimming pool is cold in the evening...this hotel isn't a 5 star hotel what Google maps imply, max 3 or 2...simply do not bother staying more than 1 night if you really have to or you will have enough...

Negative experience: Worst ever hotel experience! Sincerely asked for rooms close to another and early check after long flight. Was not received, staff was arrogant and rude. Waited 4 hours for rooms! Service was terrible! As well as unauthorised charges to credit card. Was given the smallest, worst possible rooms. Rooms smell bad!

Negative experience: Any hotel that charges USD 200 per night and then does not have the decency to include breakfast ought to be hanged. Skinned alive is more apt. And the fact that they dont even have a buffet breakfast is as stupid as it gets. Its an Indian origin restaurant, but with no international hotel chain behind it. That explains the lack of standard courtesy. Why the two stars then? Two people. Abhilash and ShreeKumar. Two people hailing from Kerala India, and the only beacon of light in this rather sordid hotel. They can learn a thing or two from these two chaps.

Positive experience: TAMANI Marina Hotel and Restaurant is one the best restaurants in Marina and you will definitely enjoy the fragrance, atmosphere and sitting arrangement which is also good and you will feel very relex inside the restaurant.
