Fantastic experience: I am an American who works regularly in the UAE. This resort is spectacular. Although it is traditional in its family setting it offers many extras. This is a great place to visit.

Negative experience: Very poor service and receptionist so arrogant and they dont allowed anyone to used the pool when the sun come the time they will say now allowed to used and the swimming pool are very dirty nobody cleaning even 0 review first time i see hotel loke this i just wasted my money never again albada

Positive experience: Rooms: Big rooms and clean with big kitchen but internet so slow. I would like also to that the reception team especially Mr Islam, Mrs Cha. General I will be visiting again, and hopefully they considet improving internet and TVs

Fantastic experience: It was very nice experience. All 3 receptionist were very helpful, I don't know the name but it was 1 female and 2 Male staff. Our internet was not working, so the IT guy came and fixed it, he was very professional. Great job guys, keep up the good work. The swimming pool guard was very helpful too. The staff who showed us room was very nice, helpful and friendly. The Rooms was big and spacious. Would recommend to visit this place. Planning to go in the month of January. Overall very good experience.

Negative experience: The resorts is good but no facilities and that swimming pool was too cold water just for decoration. Put this swimming pool no heaters water is so cold and no breakfast including facilities. The location is good but people can stay without facilities. I hope so. They are fixing that heater of swimming pool and including breakfast service, so we can come back again otherwise people come for enjoy family. Not for family. Stay in room.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at al bada resort and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of accommodations and overall resort experience. Located in the heart of the desert, the resort provided stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The resort offered a range of activities, including horse riding, paintball and buggies. I would highly recommend al bad resort to anyone looking for luxurious desert treat. The stunning natural surroundings made an unforgettable experience. Just be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.

Positive experience: The place is perfect out of the city quite place in the desert , services are perfect to be honest and they are so respectful but the rooms furniture are old , so old I really wish them to change the furniture and return the old activities

Negative experience: We’re very disappointed with this resort. The villas are extremely dirty and dusty with spider webs hanging from chandeliers and other corners. The curtains in our villa were torn and left hanging. The toilets are dirty and the flush does not work. The kitchen machinery needed to be constantly changed. They don’t have any basic things that all other resorts or villas like these have. They’ve mentioned numerous activities on the website but have none besides a dirty pool and dune buggies. The rooms are spacious but furniture is dirty and broken and half the lamps don’t even work. To summarize, we’re never heading this way again. Save yourselves from the stress if you’re looking for a getaway.

Negative experience: Don’t go!!! Amazing villas and hotel but super horrible way of handling. Booked two villas as I saw photos which looks amazing. Reality super dusty and dirty reception, receptionist don’t know how to check in and Customer service, no place to eat. Inside pool empty bottles, dirts most of facilities broken. We ordered dinner and waited I think like 1 hour and 20 min to deliver, and it was not complete but all family were tired we don’t want to fight. Breakfast super horrible !!!!! Not worth money, I observed staff walking where they want. One man with beard went to coffee desk and took coffee for himself while he look like just enter from street. Reception all areas dirty with no design, dirty walls, dusty floor never cleaned, scratched sofas, office near reception smelling by cigarets which looks disgusting. I’m sure good manager will make this place alive as villas and place really great. Don’t bring family there as you will be ashamed.

Smiling faces, caring attitudes and hospitality beyond words. I felt comfortable, safe, clean and well taken care of. Location may not be the best but the staff makes it up. Villa was huge and equipped with your daily needs with amazing view outside your villa. They are offering lots of activities like horse riding, paint ball and quad biking. It has a wonderful swimming pool. Money well-spent! Overall, its a nice place to get in a weekend away! Prefect staycation for my family! For sure to come back

Excelente lugar para disfrutar en grupo cuando se levanten las restricciones. Muchas actividades están disponibles tanto para niños como para adultos, pero la mayoría de ellas están cerradas debido a la situación actual.

Positive experience: Not the way we expected, pool is not clean, no show for cars to move around the place and practice activities, paintball is a disaster, too much expensive for ATV cars. In general, I will not visit the place again

Negative experience: The hotel is long drive to the city and there nothing much to do in hotel rather than the pool which is broken and had sharp edges must be fix which is really dangrous. No breakfast buffet !! .. you have to bring your own food or take long drive to city. The hotel is your last place to stay if all of the hotel in cities are really full and booked . Not worth the price . The only good things are big rooms and privacy. Going to park or camping in desert is way way fun and enjoyable than staying in this hotel. Some red flags there and you have to figure it out by your self.

Positive experience: Just came back from a brief vacation. The silence and peace is something to die for. The rooms were spacious. However there were a lot of flies in the room and the housekeeping guys failed to provide a solution (they looked clueless when I questioned them about insect killing spray. It was hard to find taxis, there are no nearby supermarkets, the restaurant looked like a barn with terrible decor. The food however was delicious. Overall it was a great experience

Negative experience: Had a very bad horse riding experience. There was no safety; they weren't going to provide us with helmets. The horses kept biting us. When we told the man we wanted to get off he slapped the horse making him run even faster.

Negative experience: If there ever was a place to catfish you, this is it, extremely bad service, no services as is claimed on website, extremely isolated, dusty and dirty the decor is something left behind from the 1980s and though the chalets are spacious and huge, that’s all they are, extremely disappointing, taxis take ages to get here.

Positive experience: Amazing resort. Equally amazing staff. Generous with rides to your room as well as helping out with your needs. TVs in living room and bedroom. WiFi is awkwardly set up. Each room has its own wifi code so if you walk around the resort, you'll need to sign on to different WiFi as you move. Peacocks roam the facility. You can see them perching on the roof top at night.

Negative experience: Good: Rooms Food taste. Fresh orange juice. Bad: Everything else. No amenities no working internet. Food took half hour to arrive A barn for a restaurant. No kids pool no kids play area. Not enough staff for any of the facilities. I was very disappointed overall with what i seen posted on the net and what we were given and observed while here were polar opposites.
