Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Naturally Authentic Hammam treatment at Saray Spa, and it was truly transformative. The atmosphere was serene and welcoming, making it the perfect escape from daily stress. The treatment itself was exceptional—revitalizing and deeply relaxing. A special thank you to Ilga Skerskane, the spa manager, for her attentive service and dedication to creating such a wonderful experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend Saray Spa for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in self-care!

Fantastic experience: Very good with talented staff. But make sure to mention the massage strength

Positive experience: We were staying at the Marriott hotel and decided to go for a couples' massage. The therapist were more than great and we really enjoyed our 1 hour massage. They let you choose the oil. What I really loved was the fact that the massages beds are heated. Super soothing and experienced it for the first time. Did several massages but never experienced the heated bed. With the room there is a jacuzzi and water bed that you can used. That's what disappointed me a bit. The jacuzzi wasn't working and we had to go out, look for someone to check it out. The right thing for the spa to do is to make sure before we arrive that everything is working. They ended up switching it on for us but only half the jacuzzi was working. The other half the nozzles weren't working. Also the water in the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough and I was cold. Asked them to make the water hotter or warmer but was told that that wasn't doable, so I didn't enjoy the jacuzzi experience at all. After the massages they got us nice lemongrass tea and dates. But again therapist were really really good. I hope next time the spa makes sure everything is working before customers arrive.

Fantastic experience: We had the most relaxing massages from Rekesh and Binu. We wanted to stay on the tables forever. Added to that, the luxurious pampering from our first step into the spa to our very last step out was accompanied by the attentive pair who anticipated our every need and more. Can't wait to go back!

Positive experience: I had the privelage of winning an amazing prize, which included a facial and full body massage. The facilities were lovely, the staff were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I especially want to thank Binu for making my experience extra special after learning that it was my birthday also. Negative experience: I’ve asked for 90 minutes massage and she did 70 minutes, at the reception when I wanted to pay they charged me for 90 min when I asked why she said it’s started timing once you entered for changing and using the toilet !!!!! What Since when ??? And then she asked me to add gratitude and was so rude and unprofessional at all

Fantastic experience: Binu is amazing! Her massage was wonderful, after that I felt like a new born. She is so polite and caring, I’ll definitely make an appointment with her again!
