Fantastic experience: Being diagnosed with high BP & cholesterol I was advised to take care of my health & fitness. I'm so glad i chose EMS training with Body Design Mamzar The equipments are one of the best though the programs are a bit challenging. The staff is very professional specially my personal trainer Rizwana who makes sure to set the bar high each session. The results have been amazing and it would be right to say they have transformed my body. Currently I'm on a 48 session plan, however, i intend to extend it by another 24 sessions. Who knows.. I might end up turning into Chris Evans ✌ Thank you Body Design for helping me reach my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Heather is amazing!!! Ive been training with her for almost 2 months and she's really focused with my progress. She adjusts the level of my workout according to my fitness level and gradually increasing it to push myself to work harder. She's friendly and encouraging but can be really tough when the session starts. She frequently checks on my dietary intake and give suggestions of what food to eat and encourage me to choose healthier options in order for me to get the full benefits of my training sessions and achieve my fitness goal in record time.

My very special thanks to Eman assigned as my personal instructor. She is a superb instructor and a great person. Fantastic experience: It's been a month since I joined Body Design. Ms. Eman Ahmed was assigned as my trainer. In the beginning I was quick skeptical of this new kind of training, but Ms. Eman understood my concerns and goals and she guided me accordingly. She motivates me and keeps pushing me through to achieve my target goal. I can now see the differnce and changes on my body. The body test reports do also show a positive change in my body. Fantastic experience: This club is exactly what I expected to receive. The trainer, Hasan, is an amazing trainer and knows exactly what you want. Just tell him your goal and he will make sure you will achieve it. The club offers also help in your diet and guarantees you will achieve it if you put effort. Honestly, this club is amazing and I recommend people try it. My experience with the trainer and staff have been very friendly and fun.

Fantastic experience: It's was an experience. Just had my 1st session today, 23 more to go. I am hoping that I have the right amount of strength to complete it all as I lack the will power and needed the push for exercises, but I am sure it will be worth the time and money. Avoid any negative feedback online even I came across few but I believe it is all upto individuals as we need to be overall discipline with food intake it's timing and sleeping pattern and following the set nutrition plan. Very supportive and courteous staff, personal training does help too. Located conveniently at Al Mamzar with other place at Marina I am not sure. Do try. Targeted tummy pic to work on. Weighing above 80+ kgs and planning to go under 75 kgs hopefully. Wish me luck.

I was having back pain ,since i gave birth to my baby girl and just doing 3 sessions at Body design Marina , i can say, i No longer feel the pain and am supper excited to have tried the EMS with Body design .
