Fantastic experience: I am so far very impressed with the results I have achieved thus far in a short period of time . I have gained lean muscle mass and lost almost 6 kg of fat in just 7 weeks of training and above all noticeably fitter than when I started . My coach (Milen) is evidently more knowledgeable and professional than other coaches I have had in the past . He varies the workout routines making the sessions hard work but very rewarding at the same time . If you are doing an exercise in bad form he will intervene and let you know and try to correct you so you don't hurt yourself , if you are not ready for the routine because its too advanced then he always has alternative ideas that work just as well . Not only does Milen focus on the workouts but also keeps check on your weight and the diet every week . On a monthly basis he takes my BMI and documents the progress and makes adjustments to the routine /diet if necessary , I highly recommend him if you are serious about making a lifestyle change and transforming your body composition and level of fitness .
