Fantastic experience: Beautiful place for ladies . I enjoy different classes there . Also there is an amazing massage therapist Jane . She is also a natural healing therapist. I enjoy her deep massage techniques . She is very attentive and hardly works to fix the problems of the body .

Fantastic experience: One of the best pilates studios I have come across in Dubai. Super clean. The girls at the reception very kind, helpful and efficient. The instructors are top notch, lovely women, always paying attention to detail during their sessions and making sure we avoid injuries while motivating us to do better each time! I enrolled immediately after five years of having moved to a different location far from Umm Suqeim. I had missed this place and I am happy to be back in motion!

They understand any issues or injuries you have as well as regular strenghthening and training. After some time you become a family. I feel im going to my own gym or my friend's. Fantastic experience: Incredible place! Friendly staff and coaches. A beautiful place for women and girls to gain strength and feel supported during the lessons. I love the interior design of the building as well, the attention to details, and the merch is so cute! The place is very clean and always has a great vibe. My first experience with Reformer Pilates was perfect!!! It didn’t feel awkward, even though I was a beginner. The coach helped me greatly, she is very good and I had a lot of fun. Very convenient to just sign up to a class with an app as well. Motion Fitness is a great and a safe space for me, helped me to build my fitness level and had a great time there.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you open the door you feel absolutely welcome and well taken care of. Another plus is that only women / girls are welcome no matter what age. The offer is wide and the trainers are excellent. It is often the case after work or university that you have no motivation and you have already booked the unit so you go there with your last and least motivation, but in the end you don't regret a second. Even in the group classes, individual needs are taken into consideration and motivation is given to go to one's personal limit. Absolute recommendation for everyone who has the opportunity and is in Dubai to stop by and book a unit. After a session you feel like a newborn baby.
