Fantastic experience: I joined Vijo Fitness and Lifestyle 2.5 months ago, primarily drawn by Mr. Vijobi's educational videos about fitness. I opted for personal training, and my trainer, Mr. Shebin, is extremely professional and friendly. He has been flexible with my schedule and provided effective diet and workout plans. The gym is impeccably clean and hygienic. Once accustomed to this facility, it's hard to be satisfied with any other gym. I highly recommend this place to everyone; it’s truly a professional environment where you want to be..

Fantastic experience: I recently bought personal training at Vijo Fitness & Lifestyle and had a great gym session in here, has all the facilities/machines you could possibly want, special mention to Mr Shebin ! Great support and motivation from my trainer during the transformation .The training is customised, the guidance and follow up by the trainer keeps you moving.He encourages commitment and understands all the factors that affect my performance and guides me and supports me through accordingly. All in all: Excellent facility, Great experience and an amazing roster of trainers that aims at bringing out the best version of you Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I joined VIJO Fitness recently for their 12 day sessions. I had previous experience with that type of training and my expectations were high. After 3 weeks, I can definitely say, that my expectations were meet/exceeded. My trainer Mr.SHEBIN took time from day one to establish clear goals. Every day adjusted the training/nutrition accordingly. I appreciate that in the past 3 weeks he worked around to accommodate my schedule. Now I am so happy with my results. I highly recommend them.

Also, it has very qualified trainers and coaches as well as very kind staff ( syed is the best, he treat all costumes as his brothers and sisters) You will feel like you are in a family. Fantastic experience: I have signed up with Vijo Fitness for 30 personal classes. I got to know about this facility from the man Vijo himself. Have seen his blogs n vlogs. The facility is pretty impressive, they maintain cleanliness n hygiene. My Trainer Mr. Raoof is extremely talented n well versed about all the techniques. I have taken PT earlier at different clubs, but never got such an experience. Raoof ensures all the muscles gets worked out and he takes care of very minute posture changes to get the best results from the workout. I completed 10 classes and amazed with the changes within me. Worth the money, time and energy spent at Vijo Fitness

Fantastic experience: Gym was never my thing, until I joined here. Was skeptical initial that it's another place where in I would spent or someone would rip me off. Had a very good induction with Vijo and them my coach Asker who took over from then. He took it very slowly with me, first by instilling the inspiration to hit the gym on a daily basis. Have never felt the burden of waking up and going to the gym ever since he started coaching me. Take it from me there are very good trainers and have been very professional with me, especially Asker. Kudos to him for helping me to take gymming a passion.

From learning boxing basics in a systematic way to improving cardio fitness and reflex, he knows how to bring the best out of you in his friendly but firm way.
