Fantastic experience: I had a bellydancing class with Choreographer Eyad Malaeb, it was super fun and therapeutic . The place if clean, new, very nice atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: An amazing studio with great instructors and a variety of interesting classes! I love how they have a non heated room ( HIIT,kettlebell and Boxing classes) and a heated room (Yoga,Barre,Pilates and barefoot bootcamp). The workouts are tough yet fun and the staff from the friendly reception to the professional trainers are great! Best part first class is free! Book yourself a class now you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Most amazing place in Dubai with the most amazing vibe and people. Everybody is down to earth and the classes are super fun! Love that one can choose from either heated or non heated class. There’s something for everybody, if one wants to relax with yoga or go for a high energy class like barefoot Bootcamp, hiit, boxing,… Wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else because this place just got it all =)

Fantastic experience: I went for the barefoot bootcamp class with Mira in the warm room and it was great. She was so attentive to make sure you were doing the moves right and it was also fun & creative at the same time. 45 minutes was the perfect amount of time to get the work in. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Beautiful yoga studio and great location. I am really keen to try out the classes and see which 1 or 2 works for me. For me personally I felt the yoga class was too fast, and not really allowing the muscles to stretch. Sequence was great, I think less repetition needed so can spend time in the asana / pose to help with the flexibility. Would really like to try one of the different yoga classes in TruFusion which will match the pace I am expecting from yoga
