Fantastic experience: Connect Pilates has some of the best reformer pilates sessions that I’ve ever had. All the girls at reception are extremely friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond for you. The instructors, especially Rachel, really help you focus on your individual needs and push you to do better. Really enjoy sessions, would highly recommend!

The way of her instruction in how to do each exercise is clear and I feel some parts of muscle stretching in my body that I’ve never experience in my life before. It is a wonderful experience for me, I will always go back for her lesson.

Once you enter the studio, it has a lot of natural sunlight pouring in which makes it look more bigger and airy. Very clean and well maintained space. Fantastic experience: Purely holistic experience, from the moment of stepping into the studio being greeted by warm, smiley and approachable receptionists, until getting into the elevator and saying bye. Connect is truly a unique spot in Dubai, where I felt like I was in a small oasis in the desert. I loved the detailed and knowledgeable approach from instructors Christina and Ksenia. I've attended various pilates classes in the past, but I appreciated the attentivness I've experienced in Connect, especially after having a serious back injury. Not to forget to mention the breath-taking view from the balcony, and wild-orange infused water after each class. You can really see that the owner and the whole team have put so much love and passion in the studio. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: I joined Pilates for the first time and to be honest it’s a fun experience to me it helped a lot with my bloated tummy for sure. First thing for me about trying a new place is the service of the instructors and the professionalism and so far from three classes i attended I really liked Emily she was so sweet and helpful as a beginner. The place is clean and the environment is great! I think they just need to get better instructors who can really help the clients that joins classes not only show what they do.

It was a truly boutique experience Location is a bit far from the city center (Habtoor Polo Resort), but i liked it tbh, very nice change of a scenery. We felt like having a little getaway adventure Met Mari, the founder of the studio there. We even had coffee together! For those who is tired of crowds of Dubai and would like to improve health - highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Ein sehr schönes, modernes Pilates Studio. Die Trainer geben sehr genaue Anweisungen zur Ausführung und achten auch genau darauf. Die Stunden haben genau das richtige Level. Nach der Stunde bekommt man gefiltertes Wasser. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt die Location ist super schön und angenehm. Umkleiden und Duschräume stehen zur Verfügung. Pilates Socken können vor Ort gekauft werden.

Fantastic experience: The environment of the studio is amazing. The receptionists are both very friendly. And all the teacher are so nice and patient. Especially big applause for Karina! She is very detailed oriented and focus on all the movement. After her class, you will feel your body getting stronger! Besides the Pilates classes, they also offer Polestar Pilates reformer instructor training. If anyone is interested in teacher courses, this is the place to go to!

Positive experience: UPDATE - A lovely lady contacted me & informed me that the studio will be more accommodating to the classpass users which actually happened and I managed to book easily afterwards. I tried twice to book a class through classpass app however it was cancelled in both times , only 1 time it went through. I tried calling the studio to understand the situation and why my reservation keeps getting cancelled however no one picked up ! So disappointed...

Negative experience: Unprofessional & stubborn receptionist They have not write that if you late for more than 10 min you can’t join a class. Today, lady won’t let me in because I was later for 12 min. Yes I was late, but we all humans and it was not a yoga class or meditation. That’s is the first time it’s happened to me here. I was driving for 40 min for this class. She at least could be empathetic and ask me a question why I’m late. Anyway, I won’t go there anymore.

Negative experience: Used to love this place but it is super disorganized lately. They have a 12 hour cancellation policy to cancel a class which i understand but they can cancel a class less than 2 hours before with no compensation! Wont be back.

Fantastic experience: I certainly enjoyed being introduced to Pilates in such a great atmosphere. Helpful coach, relaxed and cozy atmosphere. I had a personal training session with Christina and will be purchasing a group package. Their owner Mari is not only accommodating but also ensures it is a place of zen and real wellness.
