Fantastic experience: I started kettle bell training about a year ago with Strong Nomads and I must say, it's been an incredible experience. The instructors are highly skilled and dedicated, creating a supportive environment for all levels of practitioners. The classes are well-structured, focusing on technique, discipline, physical and mental strength. I've noticed significant improvements in my flexibility, focus, strength and overall well-being since joining. If you're interested in adding training into your routine, this place offers top-notch instruction and a supportive community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to challenge themselves and achieve their mental and physical fitness goals.
Fantastic experience: My experience at Strong Nomads has been nothing but positive. Coach Wael and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they don't rely on a 'one solution fits all' strategy. Coach Wael made the genuine effort to understand my requirements, and recommended the suitable approach, and I'm already experiencing the positive transformation. I would highly recommend Strong Nomads for anybody who wishes to improve their health and fitness.
Fantastic experience: Strong Nomads is a great place for anyone who wants to start their fitness journey doing things right and doing them safely. The attention to detail I have observed, to ensure I get the maximum benefit out of the exercise and that every move is executed safely, is umatched. I have never obtained that level of care and coaching at big name gyms where I floundered in the past. (I'm comparing my experiences of like to like one-to-one coaching here). Strong Nomad's philosophy of giving you all the knowledge and the power to be able to benefit yourself independently, with simple tools, is really what I need to carry my fitness journey long-term. Something impactful and sustainable I can do independently at home or anywhere. And they do this with enthusiasm and dedication, tailoring programs that fit your individual needs and circumstances, continually adapting and tweeking as the need arises. I highly recommend Strong Nomads to anyone, but especially to those who have struggled with their fitness journey, and need a jump-start.
Fantastic experience: A great & highly qualified coaches and facility that support students and community members to become “physically, mentally & emotionally” strong for LIFE. Coaches are so skilled in customizing strength practices & programs based on individual needs and capabilities. The facility is neat and very hygienic, hosting the highest quality of strength tools (kettlebell, barbell and clubbell). The environment is so healthy, natural and supportive in many ways. A World’s Gold Class Standards by all means. - highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Streng training @ Strong Nomads You will be building muscle while losing fat. A full-body kettlebell workout is one of the most effective ways to build overall fitness. The best part is you can get through an entire workout only needing one or two piece of equipment. Coach Wael will show you the right technique and mentor you through the process!
Fantastic experience: Simply the best place to train strength and really understand your body mechanics... couldn't recommend more! Great people, amazing trainers and coaches. So so much value!
