Positive experience: It's a very spacious gym with a hands-on owner who's available, himself training most evenings. They have most of the equipment that you can crave and more. The trainers take personal attention in your progress. What was a bit off putting for me was that they tended to change the layout every time they added a new machine - which could feel like weekly.

Positive experience: I liked the gym - you can get all gym equipment here - big and separated for cardio , HIIT and weight training . i wish they also had sauna here .I advice you to carry your own music player - its sometimes very quiet , and you need a push .
