Positive experience: Top tier gym for a decent tier of people, it obviously has its issues such as the cleaners have tendencies to clean around you while your exercising which is nerve racking like you can clearly wait till I finish and sometimes they’ll remove equipment that your still using however overall it’s clean and it’s respectable as all the machines work and they offer almost everything and even a boxing ring on top of the machines. The team is also very professional not to mention most of the members are quite decent people as they would offer to spot you if you ask. Would suggest you come here and begin working on yourself. You’ll occasionally come across some egotistical people that cause you trouble but for the most part they are decent folk. This is a gym for people who already know what they’re doing or are willing to self educated in reality getting a trainer in a commercial gym and specifically this one would be a waste of your time and money as you’ll go months wondering why you haven’t made progress. So some advice do your own research and get a routine that works for you not for the big buff guy that probably takes steroids

Positive experience: Well maintained and equipped gym in dubai land residence complex. There are quite a few trainers to choose from depending on your fitness goal. The gym is quite large, has tons of equipment and even a boxing ring. Machines could be maintained slightly better, some treadmills are out of order, the stair master is faulty, but otherwise its superb. The clientèle could be slightly more courteous and place dumbells back after using them. Honestly some people act like children in gyms.

Fantastic experience: With all respect to anyone who did incorrect and bad review, i completely disagree and down are my points after 13 years experience of gym's in uae and Jordan: 1) The gym have more than enough varieties of equipments of cardio / bodybuilding machines / dumbells / bars / free weights / mats and others can cover A to Z what we need even in the rush hours. 2) They maintain good ventilation and music that boost your energy to the maximum and the gym is big enough. 3) The staff are very friendly (all and without exception) and ready to assist and give more information of what you asked at any time, just seek someone who is not busy or engaged with other trainee. 4) the price is very good 5) Dy**mic gym / Wa**ho*e gym / fit**sfir** gym / Gol**gym Gymn**io* are one level below CORE GYM I wish to keep the same overall level and i am proud and lucky to be a member in your gym I prefer to keep my identity hidden because i dont want anything in return from this review.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym , great staff. Everything available for Al sort of excersises. Plenty of room and space . Organized very well as well as easy access to the facility. Highly recommended .
