Fantastic experience: Hi Please avoid. Very good at selling packages They don’t give services. No appointments I took beauty package in March 2022. Started in August 2022. Slimmmg is also no good. Please don’t waste money time Go somewhere else where they value customers and you get value for your money. And time. Products used for manicure pedicure gel comes off in 24 hrs. And nails get damaged. Please avoid. I will rate it 1/5. U decide.

Fantastic experience: I will be honest the place service can be way better because sometimes the reception gets your appointments wrong and they never call back even when you ask them to reschedule. You complain to management and they take forever to reply back. Anytime they say they will get back to me they don’t I always have to keep after them. The ONLY reason I still come here is because of my technician her name is Mylene. She is super sweet and professional and always follows through with you. She has provided me with great service and honestly VLCC is lucky to have her because I am sure people are going to her branch just for her. Since starting with her my laser treatment has been nothing but perfect and im seeing great results and I am very happy and comfortable with her.

Positive experience: 3 star to the Clinic & 5 star to Mylene. The Clinic was very attentive when we ask about packages but when it comes to booking appointments they are a nightmare. Keep cancelling and changing it. No courtesy. Got in another person in the Middle of my session because the Management insisted because they double booked. Absolutely horrifying. But if I could give a 5 star or more I would give it to Mylene. The laser technician. She is the only reason I renewed my package. Super professional, caring and efficient. Goes out of her way to make you comfortable and walks you through the process and in fact instead of the front desk she is the one who makes sure I get my sessions in the booked slot. Really Underappreciated. Me and my friends go only because of her.

Fantastic experience: There are some departments within the Sharjah VLCC branch which are amazing like derma sessions that i have had with Saba. Totally worth the money and she is so professional in her approach. She does her job diligently and the sessions are therapeutic and relaxing. The slimming department is also worthy of praise and Joann was so good while dealing with me. Her hands are amazing and she gives the best massage ever. I do recommend these 2 girls but please don't take this 5 star rating to mean other departments extend the same level of professionalism or standards. Be careful with this branch as the work standards are not maintained across all departments. This may be something Sharjah branch would like to further look into. Also Dr Hana is incredible. Very patient and knowledgeable and has very soft and skilled hands. The overall experience was fantastic

She is excellent and always suggest the best hair treatment which is beneficial to me. From the time she has been doing my hair treatment there has been positive results. I appreciate her for her dedication, support, commitment and good service contrbuted over the years. She excels not only in her work but also is very cordial and understanding. Recently when the centre has undergone some renovations she has regularly been following up to ensure i get the service on time. I must say that she is one of VLCC's best staff. Fantastic experience: My appointment for facial was confirmed by miss pooja through call. I called the center 2 to 3 times on the day of appointment to confirm but nobody attended my calls. Once i reached there, i waited for a long time just to find out that they are unable to provide the service because appointment is not recorded in thier system.
