Positive experience: I used Chelsea Plaza hotel a few times for a holiday or a Stopover on my journey .the rooms are Big Cleaning to a high standard,with all that's required in the room..i.e..Hair drier, Soaps Shampoo.Safe.Iron and ironing board.Teas,Coffees and 1 litre of complimentary Water. I will certainly use again and recommend to anybody.

Positive experience: Although located right at Satwa roundabout, vehicles leaving the hotel cannot access the roundabout and have to take a long detour usually in very heavy traffic just to get a few hundred meters over the road making taxi journeys very long and expensive just to go a few kilometres . Also it has no access to the Dubai Metro. So for these reasons we changed hotels after a few days. The hotel itself is ok having recently changed it’s name and management (again). The hotel is old by Dubai standards, at least 40 years and this shows in some areas but the rooms are large. I believe all the rooms are the same, have no balconies and windows that don’t open. The pool area is nice and the hotel has a number of bars and restaurants. Also of note was the state of the windows which were extremely dirty. Our room overlooked Satwa towards the Dubai Trade Center but you could barely see anything. Overall I would rate the hotel as a good 3 star. The biggest problem being the poor vehicular access. Rooms: Large. Walkability: Good. Food & drinks: Many bars and restaurants. Noteworthy details: Poor access for vehicles and no car park.

Burdubai..all key attractions are within 20 min cab drive... however the rooms we got were very noisy as loud music was being played downstairs throughout the night Rooms: Interior was good but very noisy. Fantastic experience: Very beautifully maintained. Best thing that can attract me is the hospitality and warm welcome. Reception staff is the best part( Jibin Ayesha everyone) Food is good. Rooms bit old but ok. Only problem is loud music of clubs but if one can still manage then i would recommend Chelsea hotel. These are purely honest reviews.

Positive experience: I recently visited Pier Juan Club at Chelsea Hotel Al Satwa after coming across a Facebook vlog advertising a Filipino buffet, complete with Filipino favourites like pork, all for just 38 AED. Excited to try it out, I brought along my family, including my kids. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted by the staff. The venue, however, had more of a bar ambience, which meant the tables were set up differently compared to a traditional dining restaurant. Manager Mr. Manoj insisted on placing my family, including my kids, at a high table and chair, despite there being lower tables more suitable for children. Thankfully, a kind crew member arranged a low table for us. Unfortunately, Mr. Manoj seemed displeased with this and reprimanded the staff member for the switch. The food, including an alcoholic drink per person, was satisfactory. There were a limited number of options, but they offered an authentic taste of Filipino cuisine. I was surprised when my 8-year-old, who only had soup and rice, was charged the full price. Early on, we were informed that the buffet would conclude at 8 pm. However, while we were still enjoying our meal, Mr. Manoj approached us and urged us to finish up, citing the 8 pm cut-off. We were puzzled, as it was only 7 pm, and we didn't understand the rush. While the staff were accommodating and attentive, Manager Mr. Manoj's approach left much to be desired in terms of consideration. The authentic Filipino flavours were a highlight, but the management's decisions and interactions left us with some reservations. Positive experience: Its a very good Hotel with great service and polite staff. The rooms are of huge size but bathroom are not that great. Breakfast options are also really good. The location is amazing as well, a huge Satwa market nearby from where you can shop anything you want. So many supermarts just right next to the Hotel. Loved the experience.

It might be good to have a room at levels 4 upwards though because of the noise of nightclubs from the ground floor. Safety: It right at Swatka roundabout and Main Street. There's always a good crowd outside so you should be safe walking. Walkability: You can always walk from Chelsea Plaza Hotel to Shopping Centre's or to restaurants . Get good bargains from electroni shops and clothes shop. Food & drinks: Fast-food, Vegetarian, and Arabic restaurant, they are good at Chelsea's.

Positive experience: We were greeted by not so friendly staff...The female didn't even have a smile on her face. The other staffs were nice and pleasant. Location is good though. You get everything close by. Metro is 18mins walk and 5 mins drive. The only problem is their clubs. They play music untill 3a.m. and you can hear the sounds inside the rooms. They told us they gave us rooms away from the clubs but we could still hear the music inside our rooms. Breakfast is ok.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a an issue with their bathroom drainage but it was taken care of once we reported to the hotel management. Must give it a try once you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Chelsea Plaza is an older hotel but kept in a good condition, our unit had a great view, our toilet flush didn’t work twice but as soon as we call them, they came within 5 mins and fixed it. The service is exceptional. They will accommodate you in any way shape or form. Our check in time was 2:00PM. We reached there at 10:30AM, they asked for us to wait and had a room ready for us by 11:00AM. We also stayed till the 31st Dec, 2022 and asked to see if they can hold the luggage for us until 1st Jan, 2023. They said they would. We also included the breakfast for our 6 day stay, and if you ask they cook you fresh omelettes and also tea, we also asked for banana smoothie for my kid and they made us one. The amenities are older but the staff is exceptional and so 5 star for their service.

Positive experience: Nice Old hotel in a very congested area of Dubai. They have got Valet parking and it is a big plus in that part of the city. They have some average to good clubs in the premises as well. I don’t like their lift, they are very old and congested rest it’s a good average place to stay. We had taken double occupancy room...it was too good...and from balcony, we can see the beautiful building (including Burj Khalifa) in and around Dubai.
