Fantastic experience: Pleas kindly make sure there is a good space in the training area infront of the mirror which is next to entrance door of the gym. The Gym instructors and Personal Trainer should be aware of this and the coustmers they should not pass in front of the mirror at all. Other than this you have a good gym with all good equipment, good machines for strength and body building training cardio training machines are very good as well too and you have good services. Although all the kabayans in FF DCC are friendly and helpful, Kathy always goes the extra mile in ensuring that our requests are promptly acted upon. We cannot help but feel her genuineness in assisting us in our requests and in addressing our concerns.

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend this gym as it's very accessible for people who travels by metro/bus/car. I booked a PT Sessions with Jhun Pelonio and I couldn't ask for a better PT! He has help me reached my goal weight in as short of 10 weeks!

The staff (Ms. Kathy & Honey ) at this gym are all incredibly friendly and accommodating, making every visit a pleasure. They truly go out of their way to ensure that every member feels welcomed and valued. One of the highlights of my membership has been the coaching. The coaches here are not only supportive but also very knowledgeable. They pay close attention to your needs and tailor their guidance to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Their encouragement and professional advice have been instrumental in my fitness journey. Kudos to coach Roel whose Brazilian butt class are a must try —- painfully fun ! , coach Isaiah, and of course, the Zumba super star coach Sheila ❤️ Moreover, the variety and quality of the classes offered here are top-notch. Each class is well-structured and led by expert instructors who make sure that you get the most out of every session. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, there's something for everyone, and each class leaves you feeling accomplished. In case of any query even if one has missing or forgotten items, they are willing to answer and call back to inform me. Might be selective of places and people even am 78% introvert but FF Deira City Center won my heart once again, after few years I came back and its always been here, good spot everywhere doing my thing, else with group classes with amazing instructors, My encounter with personal trainer Isaiah, was life changing. Fantastic experience: I have lived and worked in Dubai for many years and recently joined Fitness First at Deira City Centre. The gym is well appointed. Dimple gave me a warm welcome when I explained I wanted to join and made the joining process easy. I now train most mornings with Kevin, one of the Fitness First Personal Trainers. Kevin is great, with a very responsible approach, who makes my training sessions interesting, varied and fun. If you want to get fit in Dubai, why not try it out!

Positive experience: Very friendly staff at the reception including their cleaners are very nice and friendly. Amazing instructors especially Joahnna, Aitch, Rowell. BUT to make even better, management should invest more on their facilities - main studio and cycling studio area is kind of old, flooring are weary and seems its never been renovated. The floor matts are undeniably disgusting and looks very untidy. Also, the GX manager should reinstate the Sh'bam class, for no legit reasons it was removed, well infact a lot of members are enjoying the class...BRING BACK the SH'BAM class!!!

Aside from its accessibility (adjacent to metro station), it has all the equipments you need from cardio to body building. It is equipped, well maintained and sanitized. The staff and personal trainers are friendly and approachable, I highly recommend Ms. Arby, one of the best trainers, very hands on and motivating. She helped me achieved my fitness goals. Thanks to this wonderful lady. There is also some group classes wherein you can join and have fun as well while burning those calories. This place has become my second home. Fantastic experience: The club is excellent in almost everything. From the floor exercises area, to its equipments, to its gx activity areas, lockers, toilet and bath areas and the reception. The reception personnels (Jona, Ken, Debbie) headed by Sir Honeyjay had given me the best accommodation whenever I needed something. Likewise the MCs (Mike, Kathy)with Sir Ron as their head, are always upfront to provide informations about the club, and how to become a member. The service staffs are also good. The trainers, headed by their very competent Coach Karlo, are friendly and approachable as well. I am also grateful to Coaches Umesh and Jay for coming to my rescue when I almost had a breakdown because my sugar went low during work out, and Coach Umesh for giving his time to assess and train my friend whom I referred to join the club. However, I would like to commend PT Trainer/Coach Sahil for his work ethics. He doesn't wait for members to approach him, he is approaching members how he could be of help to them and that's what I call excellent customer service. He is par excellence. I have been complaining of the pain on my right knee (because of osteoarthritis) for the past 6years. My movements were limited to exercises that should not hurt my knees. Also I have difficulty in using the stairs. My training session with Sahil put me to tears because I was able to step up and down, use the stairs with ease, things that I have not experienced since I got this degenerative disease. So guys, if you want to start your fitness journey, I highly recommend Sahil for your functional and weight training and for your total wellness.

Fantastic experience: Walked in two and a half months ago, first time in a GYM after 10 years. While trying to figure out the machines and what I could potentially do, I started asking myself if I was In the right place. 60 seconds in, a gentleman approached, 'what is wrong with you leg'? he asked. I was perplexed and stunned how he knew something was wrong. He offered a free 1-to-1 session to advise me about how I can manage the pain and potentially feel better doing the right exercises. Another sales strategy for a personal trainer to get me to work him I said inside of me. I obliged and accepted. We had the free class and assesment on strength and fitness and man did he know how to prove everything I lacked and what I needed to fix. He was right, even i knew he knew more than I thought he knew. He proposed classes, I giggled at the rates but paid the minimum. After 24 sessions, words cannot describe how healthy I feel, how flexible I have become (what I never believed my body could do, have become too easy), rest rate after cardio has significantly improved, better sleep at night and everything that makes me feel healthy. Depending on target set, he follows through on meals, potential pain/cramp points and general well being to ensure everything done is in line with a desired goal. My medical vitals have improved and prescription dosages reduced, BP is significantly better and cholesterol is below desirable. #Sahil - thank you very much. Positive experience: If your goal is training with the right equipment , and to know about your body wellness and health then FitnessFirst DCC is the place I would suggest. ** I personally would have to thank Trainer Sahil Hala for the amazing guidance and coaching he provided me. ** Although I was only for two months in the gym before I had to fly back to Germany , Sahil made sure to give me the right guidance and right education regarding exercises and nutrition. He worked with me always to create a training plan and explained it until I understood clearly what it is and why it is done and he is always very reachable to help you out, be it whether at the gym or phone or social media , he is always there for you ! Honestly I must say that I have never had such a professional approach before and it was highly welcomed (10/10 ⭐️) . Lastly I would also like to thank the staff (front office and other trainers) of FitnessFirst DCC for being so cooperative and understanding for all matters concerned. Keep up the good work !! ☺️ (One star has been docked off from a 5 star review due to some of the facilities in the shower and changing room being inadequate and some fitness machines always being in maintenance but these are minor changes)
