Positive experience: So the management is really friendly I have noticed. Trainers are always on the floor, will help you do basic lifting and cardio. Personal training is there, I don' take it. Fair rates, the long term membership plans are really good. The Gym has decent equipment for lifting. Some of the equipment is older style, so ask for help but everything is functional. Men and women have different areas. Only cons worth mentioning are I felt it was space was mildly cramped since it's a small-medium size gym. For doing circuit/functional, they have equipment like Ropes, Kettlebells and Resistance bands. One surprising addition was the small boxing area. No group classes though. I don't want to pay huge amounts for commercial gyms like Gym Nation/Train/Fitness First, so this fits well in my budget. Overall its a good gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym feels very welcoming. It feels less intimidating than the other gyms ive been to. It feels amazing to be able to do my fitness routine here without a worry. The staff is lovely and the equipment is top notch. Love it here!!
