Positive experience: I came today to try the gym for a day, and I must say, at most, its decent. Its big and filled with machines, dumbbells and lots of cardio. The atmosphere and songs are great for the ambience of working out. However, the changing room is not clean (mentioned many times in the other reviews) and very cramped, theres no steam room, and the gym is full of personal trainers, which I think make up 70% of the people there. All this boils down to the fact that, even with its positives, its not worth the membership fee, and there are better and cheaper alternatives out there.

The staff at this gym, along with the outstanding facilities, make it an exceptional fitness destination. The staff members are the heart and soul of this gym. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Their knowledge and expertise are evident as they provide personalized attention, ensuring each member receives the guidance they need to reach their fitness goals. Whether it's offering workout advice, demonstrating proper technique, or simply providing motivation, the staff goes above and beyond to create a supportive and encouraging environment. The gym itself is a testament to excellence. The facilities are well-designed, spacious, and equipped with top-of-the-line exercise equipment. From a wide array of cardio machines to a comprehensive selection of weights, there is something for every fitness enthusiast. What impressed me the most was the meticulous maintenance of the equipment, ensuring that everything is in perfect working order. Hygiene and cleanliness are given utmost importance at this gym. The staff diligently upholds strict cleaning protocols, ensuring that the entire facility remains spotless and sanitized. It's reassuring to see their commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, providing peace of mind to members during their workouts. Fantastic experience: All the equipment you could want, not too crowded, and 75 AED for a day pass. 10/10 * 4 concept2 rowing machines with pm5 monitors * 9 power racks * 2 dedicated bench presses * Fully loaded next door steps away with everything you could want for cheap.

Positive experience: It’s a decent gym not bad but it’s seriously lacking back work out machines. Another thing that I really don’t enjoy is the music they play it’s very annoying and very outdated. Also I have to point out that the worst possible thing in this gym is there are a LOT of coaches trying to get clients which can be extremely annoying and they love to show off.

Positive experience: As a location, it’s the best in Dubai. Still, the gym has two problems:1- Overpriced (I know that it has a high cost because it’s in Dubai Mall, but even (615 AED in the Dubai mall branch only) is too high and expensive, (if you will take the multi clubs membership it will be more expensive for a month) also they’re not doing any discounts or promotions. 2- there is no steam room. The good thing which is keeping me in the gym is that the gym policy allowing you to train with any trainer from outside, as he’s paying his membership, you will have no issue. And the machines are perfect.
