Fantastic experience: After some experiences with gyms at Dubai, I must say MMA is the best one. Not only the facilities are good, but also the ambiance and people over there. Their staff is always helpful and it makes it a fantastic place to work out! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I think it's the best in the area, I visited once with my brother. They have many sports' classes & ofcourse a gym. Everything is clean & abviously of high quality. Well spent on the systemization of many things. (e.g. Automated doors synced with club members' wristbands). Only yearly contracts are offered, No single visits.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic mix up of fitness, Gx and MMA classes all in one gym. REPS Certified Personal Trainers with certification of different types of training courses suvh as Kettlebell, functional suspension and strength and condition training and more.

Positive experience: Everything ok,not great,but ok...the big surprise for me-they don't give me towel...sure I have at home,but I'm use Thai boxing so I take a lot of staff whit me plus towel For this money what am pay for membership no towel that's not nice

Fantastic experience: Everything under one roof. Matrix machines, plate loaders, cable machines as well as free weights. Nothing new there right? Well add into the menu not just a boxing ring but an Olympic size boxing ring as well as a huge cage area for BJJ and the best MMA coaching along with Muay Thai. However, that's still not everything! Two studios. One holds spinning classes, Zumba classes, Suspension Training (like TRX), Low Fu (Like TaeBo) and a multi purpose studio that is home to Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell classes, Boxercise and soooooo much more. My fingers are tired from typing, but there is one more thing. Many of the Middle East instructors from various gyms are trained in MMA Fitness Center with CareerSport Fitness Academy so there is no need to go anywhere else, just come to the source of all training.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to be a member of this gym. I enjoy the fitness classes that are very helpful to my health and the equipment sets are good. All the employees are very nice. The best people here are Arnold, Coach Alhussein, and Coach Ashraq. Arnold is very patient, kind, and professional. All my queries were answered well that's why i decided to enroll for membership. Even after I signed up, he always checks if me and my son are okay and having great time in the gym. Coach Alhussien is THE BEST PERSONAL TRAINER EVER! Of all the trainers I've met, He's the most: *Professional, *Respectful, *Supportive, *Full of knowledge about health and fitness, *and very generous in explaining everything I need to understand (what are the proper warm ups and why I should do them the way he thought me, what are the proper workout for me, how muscles work in every move- makes me understand that I should do it right, how to burn fats the right way, importance of endurance & stamina, what are the specific things I really need to improve in my body and health) the list is endless! He is soooo great! Coach Alhussein is an asset to this gym. I am very happy to train under his management. My son is also enjoying the boxing and conditioning training with Coach Asharaq. He's doing a very good good job! 5 for MMA Fitness Center I am also very excited to enjoy the new facilities and classes as they are renovating the whole gym!

Fantastic experience: A great gym with good facilities and classes as well as convenient parking. All staff are really friendly and so are the other users. I use one of the in-house PTs, Mohit who is really good at mixing up workouts and pushes me in a safe controlled way. Totally recommend, also their memberahips are very competitive.

Positive experience: The gym is OK, however water was removed during covid and now you have to buy it, furthermore, please stop playing love songs, we are trying to work out not fall in love

Fantastic experience: I am a member for about 1 year. Location is convenient with free parking in the basement. Gym is big, clean and well equipped with nice and welcoming staff. I mainly started practicing BJJ and, i am very happy about the coach and the environment in general. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. The staff is very friendly and the gym has positive vibes. Has all the equipment for different styles of workout including martial arts, boxing, etc. Group studio sessions are included in the membership. Price is slightly on the higher side but the gym has a lot to offer. They run discounted prices from time to time which is of great value.

Positive experience: I enrolled with MMA fitness center first in 2016 so it's been a long time I've been going there. I find their classes nice, easy and challenging at the same time. They always offer variations for all levels, so don’t get scared. There are a lot of beginners as well. The front of the house team is very helpful and friendly especially Maria and welcoming couldn’t have been any better in Dubai! You truly feel at home when going for a workout! Keep up guys!

Fantastic experience: Great gym offering a decent range of classes from yoga to body pump for a competitive price. The gym has a good variety of equipment and the staff are friendly and energetic. There are also lots of trial offers so great to give it a try before committing.

Fantastic experience: literally the best gym in town, before joining them i read all the comments and i was confused by lots of negative comments so thought to take a trail first and booom i loved it. They have classes and all trainers are super helpful and motivate you to put your 100% effort. The gym is huge & literally have all machinery which is a plus. Everyone is super friendly and you will feel it like a family. Classes timings are super flexible. Now I have a regret that why i didn't join them before but its okay i will make it up. :) thanks

The equipment is just perfect and the staff are friendly and supportive. The management (owner) is easily accessible, supportive and great at receiving feedback. Highly recommended.

Doesn't matter if you're a pro or just starting off, you'll find support to reach your goals here. The vibe of the place starts at the top, the owner is always around and always approachable. This place has really changed my routine and made in love with having an healthy balanced lifestyle. The trainers are wonderful and really helpful here. Fantastic experience: This is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to in Dubai. There are several extra class activities to choose from and a very unique/useful range of equipment to take advantage of in the gym itself. The temperature of the gym is perfect, and with the gym being so big, there’s plenty of room. On top of that, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the changing rooms are very spacious aswell. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Positive experience: Enough Machines and weights to avoid cluttering of people. Plenty of space. One turnoff would be the fact that the membership price is including the multiple classes they provide. But most of the people who are working cannot join those untimely classes. Makes you feel you're not getting the whole bang for the buck.

Fantastic experience: Hygiene, Well equipped gym . You get a membership which includes 3 martial arts, held almost daily with a gym pass all in one place and other fitness activities, if you are interested. Love the staff and the place. Thanks to Emy for assisting me for the initial days.

Fantastic experience: Apparently they’ve changed the entire staff as the previous staff was rude and unprofessional. But this new staff is quite friendly and they welcome you with a big smile. The atmosphere in the gym is very positive. You’ll find people coming in from different nationalities.
