Positive experience: I was a member for 3 years. For the same money you can get a better value elsewhere, especially abundance of gyms in the Al Qouz area. The gym has a very commercial feel to it and it is just inconvenient to train there. When you try other places you will know what I mean. Many wannabe muscle-builders who take over the equipment in the weight lifting area like they own it. Pool is nice, showers aren't always clean, changing room is good. Service is just okay. Even after I asked them not to call me as I won't be needing a gym in Dubai anymore, they kept calling me once every couple of months so I blocked their number. Their marketing strategy is too tacky.

Positive experience: I've been a member of this gym since 2009, not planning to change as the gym has most of machines that i need, in addition it was renovated very recently and i must say the change is amazing especially the free training area. The downside of fitness first not particular to this club, they never appreciate their members (no member retention program) although the mArket has seen many interesting gyms which have similar facilities or better.

Positive experience: Pros The Gym is huge (a la Trump ) and well equipped The cycling studio is awesome compared to other studios of other FF branches It has a swimming pool (I didn't try) Huge parking area in front of the building (paid), you can get parking passes from front desk (valid for 90mins, but you need to have them ahead of your visit) Cons Interior design is strange (to accommodate all available area) but due to that, you could get lost and have to think your way around. Showers are too few for the estimated clientele size

Positive experience: Overall great. As highlighted by someone showers are annoying as only hot wasted comes out. Definitively a recurrent. The rest is good.

Positive experience: Very clean and almost have all the basic machines. There is out door area for workout also for cross fitters

Fantastic experience: This is a 2 floor gym with a swimming pool and an outdoor training area too. The most i like about it is the outdoor boxing bag, really gets you sweating !

Positive experience: Relatively smaller as compared to the gyms I'm used to (fitness time pro/mamzar) Horrible horrible HORRIBLE music... Not sure why the management (if there is any) would allow this form of audio based torture to the members. It's still a preferred gym because of its proximity to my office. The machines are relatively ok. Ended up making a few acquaintances so it's tolerable (for now). The classes are great though.

Fantastic experience: Nice place, pool and steam bath too! Staff is friendly and smoothie bar is great. I would keep the car on the street because if the parking time in garage is more than 90 minutes you need to pay 25 dirhams.

Positive experience: Great vibes in here! That is the feeling you get when you enter the gym. All equipment you think of is there. They have outdoor area with 25m long pool and small crossfit area. They offer fitness classes throughout the day in 2 studios where one of the is focused on stationary bikes. They also have Sauna and Jacuzzi. I always go in the mornings and it is not shoer busy...

Fantastic experience: Love the gym and the classes. It is so much fun and super convenient for me since I work in Media City. The Group Excercise manager Ahmed Hyasat is very lovely, friendly, encouraging and most importantly attentive to our needs. Overall a great experience and highly recommended ❤️

Fantastic experience: I always attend the BodyPump every Saturday with a Member and with Coach Chris. The class is simply UP and makes me wanna do better everytime. I do like the facilities and gym equipments. Team are attentive and seemed to always be ready to help and assist. Keep it up and thankyou

Fantastic experience: As a new gym-goer, it was intimidating looking for a place that wouldn’t make me feel out of place. I visited Fitness First DMC in May on a trial day and instantly signed up. Their packages are budget-friendly. The gym is well-equipped and diverse. They have a range of classes that members can freely join, too. The staff and personal trainers are fantastic and accommodating as well! I’ve been asked by several people in my neighborhood for a gym recommendation and I always tell them to come to Fitness First DMC! Special shout out to Gary, Richelle, and Chris (a great PT!)!

Positive experience: Could open up the saunas now that government has allowed it. Can get a bit too crowded during certain hours. Classes are great, especially the spin class. But they have very limited timings on the classes.
