Fantastic experience: Great gym, the minute you walk in you see that the facility is professional, well equipped and very clean. They offer you a trail session which is 15 minutes just 5 minutes short of the full session duration. The entire team is highly skilled, professional and very friendly. There are two areas one designated for men and the other for woman, with seperate entrances. I was skeptical of the whole Electronic Muscle Stimulation 20 minutes workout twice a week, but seriously when I tried it I felt it from the first session, skin looks and feels firmer/tighter. Totally worth it, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend anyone to go for it! I can honestly say that I have never seen results like this before, i’ve had personal trainers and joined many gyms in the past, but nothing compares to The Body Company! The personal trainers they have are very friendly and professional, and so are the staff. Not to mention how clean and polished the place is.This workout really does makes a difference and contours the body like no other. Having struggled with stubborn fat for a long time, even after trying rigorous work outs, I have found the solution with them, as it really did eliminate it for me. It really made a huge difference for me, and I cannot wait to join them again next month. Take it from me ,regular exercise will not benefit you the way these machines and personal trainers will!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym concept with the promise of good results especially for people with tight schedules. The dedicated women’s area is spacious and clean with lockers/showers/changing rooms all kept in perfect condition. The team is very skilled and professional. Highly recommend this place.
