Fantastic experience: One of the most beautiful fitness center in the way this is located in the DIFC itself is very beautiful place. They have nice promotions and discounts for the whole year packages

Positive experience: Big commercial gym. Too many people at certain stages of the day, however the gym is really well equipped and if you able to find the balance it will work for everyone.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a coach who can help you achieve your fitness goals, then Coach Bianca is your girl! One of the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. She will keep you motivated and will push you to your limits while keeping you free from injuries as she never fails to always remind you on your forms and the correct execution of every movements. She will provide you a tailored program for your needs that is challenging but not too overwhelming so you get to enjoy without even noticing every workout you do! She is extremely organized and very hands on to her clients. Highly recommend training with Bianca!

Fantastic experience: Pretty happy with the club. Jayson is always friendly and willing to help. Good materials, although would love to see the old LifeFitness equipment as it’s better quality than the Technogym equipement (eg leg extension machine of technogym isn’t great as it doesn’t lock you in). Next, A lying leg curl machine would also be welcome in the DICF branch.

The changing rooms are clean, but sometimes the shower stalls could use thorough cleaning and scrubbing. Other than that, I enjoy my workouts, the interactions and the facilities.

Positive experience: Been hitting Fitness First at DIFC since way back before the world went on lockdown. Rejoined a year ago, and didnt regret it. But hey, you know what would make those early morning workouts feel like a breeze? A coffee machine. Seriously, nothing screams 'good morning' like a warm cup of joe, especially when you're trying to get pumped at 5:30 in the morning. I get the whole 'no room' issue, but maybe we could swap out the Christmas tree spot for a machine? Trust me, it'll fit right in and we'll all thank you for it!

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym fully equipped with high standard service. I've been taking personal training sessions with Bianca for almost a year and I have achieved a remarkable results. She is very knowledgeable trainer, focused in her client and dedicated in her duty. I highly recommend training with her for both men and women.

Fantastic experience: I've been in this gym for a year now and have been training with Bianca ever since. I am super happy with her training and can no longer imagine training without her. She has managed to get me back into my training and it's fun every time. Bianca gets the maximum out of me. Without her I would not go to the Gym. Besides her, the others are almost all very nice and courteous.

Positive experience: One of two hairdryers doesn’t work. Found the personal sitting in the sauna. Also, When I went to get water, the same guy changed the bottle. But the way he did it is just terrible. He flopped the water carelessly and spilled it. I came back after two hours, no one wiped up spilled water. Managers of FF have strange idea of what Titanium service should be. Finally, I told the guy in the reception that I am new here, and he did not bother himself to do small tour. I asked other staff how to use lockers. However, After I have been disappointed with FF in Business bay, it’s still better.

Fantastic experience: My favorite fitness center in Dubai is Fitness First difc, being a loyal client for almost 2 years, I can admit that ambiance is on point, staff is polite and professional. Fantastic experience: I was training with Monika for 4 months at fitness first difc. She was just amazing!!! Ive had several trainers in the past but she stands out. Over and above the trainings, she gave me a personalized meal plan and i have reached my fitness goal now. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants to reach their fitness goal in an enjoyable manner.

Fantastic experience: This is to share my feedback about the fitness trainer Jonathan located in DIFC, on the amazing session i had with him. While it was a trial session, he made sure full concentration and dedication was focused on the workout, and in particular the technique used. in addition to that, he was massively motivatin me to execute the challenging workout. Positive experience: I have been using FF from 2018. Recently I stated join gym facilities after reopening DIFC FF. But I find FF DIFC front desk people need some basic etiquette training at least to greet a customer. Their attitude is unacceptable any level. Need to learn customer service skills from WAREHOUSE front desk!!

Fantastic experience: The best gym so far. First came here and was greeted by farinah, she was very accommodating, helpful and polite. She then introduced me to Marrian who finally convinced to enroll. I enjoy attending classes but having Personal Trainer like Ramon really pushed me and motivated to work out.

It was my first time to visit DIFC branch but the lady fitness trainer keeps on asking, twice if i remember it right, if I am done with the weights I am using only to find out that she’s not going to use them. It kinda loses my concentration working out.

The people, trainers & staff give you good vibes everyone is trying their best. I just have two suggestions: 1) one more squat rack. 2) boxes to put the different types of handles.
