Positive experience: Great body building gym but very small, But don't let that stop you from going there. The gym has all the basic free wights and machines that a proper body builder needs to maintain their workout. Since it is a very small gym it is best to go in daytime before 3 pm to avoid the crowd and lack of ventilation It is really empty. So the gym will be all to yourself. Single entry is 20 dirhams only. Which is very cheap. I stayed at al waleed palace hotel (next to lamsy plaza) and the gym was like 5 minutes walk. Great gym in oud metha area.

Positive experience: Awesome trainer, equipment facility is also descent but the big problem is AC no ventilation specially during evening time, complained many times but seems like no actions has been incorporated, requesting again to look into this as like me there is many who were continuously complaining and planning to quit due to this reason, it’s been 2 years but if this won’t work now I may have to change the gym….

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in this area. Very reasonable and the friendly instructors. I will provide more details soon. I am editing my review after 4 months practice here. My time in this gym is worth. Nonstop support and guidance from the trainers who are young friendly. Gym members are also very friendly... kudos guys.
