Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym. I'm a regular user of gyms in Dubai, but I definitely found my favourite place in this gym. The staff is super friendly, plenty of natural light, good equipment and fantastic changing rooms. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: Having been in dubai for a long time(and a couple of FF gyms at that) this is one of the FF gyms with the friendliest staff. The place isn't overcrowded and feels like a little community of members. Love!

Positive experience: Positives: - For those living in the neighborhood, location and access are convenient. - I visited at about 5 pm on a weekday. There was a number of people, but practically no wait for any equipment. - Gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpful. - Bathrooms and showers clear and convenient. Negatives: - Entire place looks like it needs a renovation - Equipment is old - Parking in the area is a challenge on weekends

Fantastic experience: The gym are nice and enough. Can be quite busy around 8 am-9 am but after that it’s ok. The gym has pool and squash. The staff are ah mah zing, especially Asraf, Maria, and Charles. Very friendly approachable and helpful.

Positive experience: Very busy between 8am and 9am, but to expected. A couple of the elliptical machines are out of order and have been for several days. Please fix.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and atmosphere. My personal trainer Aya is a great and professional trainer. I took with him 50 sessions and the expected result came after two months only with hard work of course! Also, Ashraf is so helpful and a professional guy. All the staff so friendly; the place is so great in Emaar built community.

Fantastic experience: Superb facility, ideal for anyone living locally in Arabian Ranches 2 or beyond. Its small compared to other FF gyms but has a great friendly feel about it. Staff are super, equipment is excellent, always well maintained and group exercise (GX) is second to none !! Just to update this review ….. This continues to be our ‘go to’ gym in our local community, super staff and super facilities. Always a pleasure to train here and attend classes. !!

Positive experience: Instructor Munish great. Guy at the reception very helpful and nice. Only thing it's not 5stars.First I got popup page to rate the class n instructor 10min before class started and second there was no sanitiser or alcohol to clean the mat and around. But over all nice

Positive experience: Not bad for a community gym. Very spacious, variety of weights and machines. A little bit expensive if looking for a few days of working out. Also you are not allowed to drop weights, even if you lift heavy

Fantastic experience: A great local gym and pick the right time never too busy. Has a wide range of equipment and friendly staff. I've also added PT sessions to my weights workout and can highly recommend Lucy B. as a Personal Trainer seeing and feeling the results, never felt fitter. Highly recommended the gym and the PT's only downside some of the equipment could do with a refresh.

Positive experience: Staff is amazing, but the equipments needs more attention. Some of them is rusty and needs care. Simple applying wd40 will resolve it all. Also reorganizing the equipment locations need to be checked and the could improve utilization.

Positive experience: Well equipped gym; however, the equipments are outdated and the layout and areas are not utilised properly. As an expectation from fitness first, you guys can do much better.

Fantastic experience: Doing a wonderful job of keeping everyone safe whilst reopening after the lock down. The staff are very professional and attentive. They are disinfecting the machines after each gym slot. Full praise to them and their well-being marshals.

Positive experience: Good amount/range of equipement and machines, friendly reception staff and changing rooms and other faciltiies always clean. small criticisms....far too warm for a gym, hardly ever music on and layout seems a little back to front and often have to walk carefully to avoid people doing floor exercises just to get into the changing rooms

Fantastic experience: I like this branch of Fitness First the most. It’s never too crowded and you can always find a locker and dont have to wait too long for any piece of equipment, if you have to wait at all. I live in Arabian Ranches 1 and Motor City is probably closer, but this is my preferred branch.

Positive experience: Great location and gym. However I went to play squash and it was a huge disappointment. The court seems to be an afterthought and I'm sure it's smaller than others. Such a shame.
