Positive experience: Best cost-to-value gym in this area, the gym is always clean, not smelly, great music always and they have great and many equipments around that are not worn out. Selection of weights is variable and always available. I think they need a 2nd cable machine cause it's always busy especially if you need two. One gripe is the coaches won't help you on their own if they see you doing something wrong unless you're tipping then they'll take good care of you. The sauna is almost available everyday and you are free to use it, it's not always cleaned though. All in all if you just want a place to work out with good equipments and not be bothered this is the place.

Positive experience: Good gym with good trainers. This place has a sauna and a dedicated ladies area. The prices are quite high but it's not too expensive. It's opens early and closes late.

Fantastic experience: Good price ! Machines and equipent quite old ... but you can still do your job with them. Really good schedule fits in for most people . But still...some machines could be improved or replaced.

I always look forward in going daily as my Fitness Coach Prasanth professionalism and skills made me achieve amazing progress and results physically and in my overall health and well being. He is very accomodating and listens to my needs by giving me a detailed fitness plan to achieve everyday. I have never seen anyone as attentive as him and closely monitors me when I was doing my exercises independenty. He is a great motivational person as he pushes me to the limits and blown away that I was able to do such task which I never expected I could. His patience is fantastic as he responds to all my queries and assist me accordingly. After just a month, I felt good and my health starts to improve. I recommend this Gym and Coach Prasanth as I assure that you all gone yield brilliant results. See you there. More Power.

Positive experience: I have been training in this gym for the past 6 months and it has been an exhilarating experience so far. The gym has very good equipments, offers different group classes and it has dedicated trainers. I have been doing my workouts under the guidance of trainer - Arjun who helps with varierty of workouts on each day and also provides with diet ideas. There has been great change I am experiencing starting my fitness journey with flex fitness - in terms of my energy levels, functional capability, posture, body toning, form correction and above all improving the strength by lifting weights. Would highly recommend training sessions with Arjun who is really experienced and well trained. The best part of the gym is it is affordable considering trainer guidance is avaliable for individuals, group classes for ladies, flexibility in memberships. Also, the gym offers good timings - opening at 5am and closes at 2am everyday.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for about 3 years. The gym has pretty good equipment, dedicated trainers and friendly staff. Daily sanitization, masks and gloves are mandatory - which means they are quite Covid compliant and care about your health. The best part of my day is hitting the gym - attending a zumba/aerobics class or lifting weights!! Would highly recommend the personal training sessions with the fantastic trainer Mr. Sayanth (former Mr. Kerala 2019 & 6th place winner of Dubai Muscle Show) They are open all days of the week and are open late on weekdays which is perfect. They also have good deals on yearly gym membership with group classes which is ideal. Clean equipment, daily sanitization, good location, amazing trainers and new equipment - I can't recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: The gym is very good. Has separate group classes for ladies 3 times a day. The coach Katarina does an amazing job and guides you throughout the workout and keeps you motivated. The staff is also friendly. The ladies area is smaller compared to the men's section but all in all a good place.

Positive experience: I liked this gym because it has a female only side, where you can find spinnin' bikes! and I love to do spinnin'. It is also very clean and not so crowded. The down side as per the female side, is that some of the equipment doesn't work, or is broken. It needs a little of care, like change the broken papers attached to the walls, or leave some cleaning wipes handy so we can clean the equipment before/after using. I took the 3 months package and was very helpful to have one stop allowed. So I went on vacations and then came back to complete my 3 months.
