Fantastic experience: I learned crossfit here and became a trained coach here and spent days training with amazing athletes. There’s a mixed gym and another dedicated ladies only gym here. Indoor and outdoor rigs. There’s a coffee shop that offers healthy meals and drinks too. Showers are available and prayer rooms.
