Negative experience: Останавливались по работе, не первый раз в этом отеле. Сервис в этот раз ужасный, отель не видел оплаты от агента, не заселились пока сами не позвонили в агентство и они все выясняли час, даже ваучер не являлся им указом. Этим не закончилось, через 3 дня карточку для прохода в номер заблокировали потому что отель опять не видел оплаты, т.е. вышли из номер, вернулись через 2 часа, в лифте карточка сработала на подъем на этаж а в номер не пускает, явно отель её специально забоочил. На ресепшене выяснение отношение продолжалось по оплате. В номерах выше 20 этажа ужасная влажность и соответствующий запах. Больше не ногой.

Positive experience: Esperábamos bastante más. La verdad, hay hoteles mucho mejores en Dubai por precios similares. - Habitación correcta y limpia, pero nada especial. - La ubicación no nos gustó demasiado, ya que está en un barrio que está casi al completo en obras. Por tanto, hay bastante ruido y las vistas no son especialmente interesantes. - Personal del hotel lento y poco colaborativo: preguntas alguna duda y lo que te responden es que aparece en una hoja resumen que te dan (no sería más fácil que me respondieras directamente a la pregunta?). Por alguna razón, para hacer algún trámite/reserva, en vez de hacerlo todo la misma persona y en el mismo sitio, te van pasando de uno a otro. - El ambiente no fue de nuestro agrado: por la noche, entrada con mucha gente de aspecto chulesco que ni se apartan para que puedas entrar, y el recepcionista hablándote como si no le cuadrase que te alojes en el hotel. En el desayuno, gente de aspecto hortera y de resaca.

Negative experience: Very heartless and mean staffs, they treat people on how much money they can extort from your pocket, they only care about the money they would get from you and nothing more. They come up with different means amd ideas to extort more money from you, they collected more money and later come up with unreaasonable ideas.Looks like all the workers working at first collection hotel cooperated with this wicked and mean act of treating people poorly and extorting money. I can never forget the experience i had with them and how they made me feel. Negative experience: After 6 days in this hotel, i can just say this is the worst hotel i ever been. First, when we came, guy who work on reception was so unkind, he didn’t give us any information, so first two days we spend more than 200euros on taxi, and the hotel have SHUTTLE BUS! Which we didn’t know. Than Soluna beach bar, day before you need to book, at same day we were ready to go, they ask us for tickets. And night before they didnt give us that… Then send us to reception, give us some tickets, when we came to do bus, they ask us for bracelets, so we need to go back AGAIN to reception to take them… So nobady will give you whole information, they will just make you to go 5x to finish one thing. Food is 2/5, so basic, nothing speacial except eggs to eat, lot of food are from day before. So so bad. One good thing is clean rooms, the guy who work do amazing job!!! Room always smell amazing, bed is always perfect clean as whole room, so bih thank you for that. This is the only good thing in this hotel. Except of that, this is the worst hotel i ever see, because people who work here are so UNKIND AND RUDE. This is there work, and they need to behave like that. Hiding information about shuttle bus, and dont giving us paper about that information coast us like 200e, so that is inadmissible!!!!!

Positive experience: Like this hotel alot just hate that it's in jvc and has no metro access. The pool is large but always crowded. The staff are friendly and so kind and accommodating. Un po' lontano dal centro ma ben servito con i bus navetta che ti portano, a degli orari predefiniti, nei posti più gettonati. Top la convenzione con Soluna beach club, che si trova proprio su La Palma. un ringraziamento particolare ad Omar, un ragazzo della reception, super simpatico e gentile, che ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli (sa parlare anche italiano, e non è poco )

Positive experience: The.hotel is in a good.location in a more residential neighborhood. If you are into staying at a party hotel, them you will.love it. But if you care about sleeping at night, then.stay away. It is 1.18 at night and on the 25th floor you can forget about sleeping as the muaic from their top floor bar is simply too loud. I have complained of course, but they have a clientele that they cater to and I am obviously not that, so the music will not be turned down despite their apologies and sympathetic messages. Will not stay here again. Business traveller you have been warned. Noteworthy details: Noisy!

Fantastic experience: Sam hotel w sobie kapitalny. Czyste pokoje, super obsługa, możliwość skorzystania z bezpłatnego transferu w wiele miejsc, super możliwość ze skorzystania z plażowania na „Palmie”, bardzo szybka usługa valetów, pomocny staff dostępny 24h i kapitalny klub/restauracja w hotelu. Na minus w samym hotelu krótko otwarty basen, bo tylko do 21:00 oraz place budowy wokół hotelu. Uczciwie jednak zaznaczyć trzeba, że obsługa o hałasach i pracach wokół hotelu poinformowała z wyprzedzeniem. Na minus również lokalizacja hotelu - w jego obrębie nie było zbyt wielu restauracji, a do starego miasta jest stąd ponad 30 km. Korzystanie z komunikacji miejskiej zabiera sporo czasu, więc lepiej korzystać w tym mieście z własnego auta. O odległości do centrum wiedzieliśmy oczywiście wcześniej, jednak warto mieć na uwadze dosyć sporą odległość do głównych atrakcji i albo zapłacić więcej za hotel bliżej centrum, albo poświęcić sporo czasu na dojazdy. Ogólnie bardzo dobry hotel.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for 5 nights recently (room 1912) on a trip to Dubai. It was a great experience. A couple of shout outs, especially: The check in (I arrived super early due to flight times) - the reception team found me a room earlier than check in time so that I could go and refresh after my trip. This was not expected and a definite bonus. Housekeeping - Shehan, who serviced my room regularly, was extremely polite and efficient - and a charm to speak with. He ensure I was topped up with water / fresh towels and anything else I needed. He even left the cutest towel bundle on my pillow one day! Sante Ria dining - Nilu was a super hostess and ensured that our food was made to how we liked it (try the guacamole with extra chillis!). there were other hostesses / serving team - they were all LOVELY and very accommodating. Village Bistro - breakfast was YUMMY! Christine, who runs a tight ship, was delightful! Very friendly. The lady that made my egg white omelettes fresh, daily (at the egg station), was a darling - especially given the hot temperatures she has to work in, with multiple orders from people. They make any type of eggs, how you like. Extremely lovely team. The breakfast options were really good and well catered for. For dinner, I had one of the chefs go over and above when a pasta dish (the gnocchi) had run out at the buffet - they made me a small batch fresh - totally above and beyond in service, and taste. The pool bar - Bharat was fantastic. The pool bar is such a vibe and the team go over and above to ensure they find you sunbeds and make the BEST cocktails. They have some great offers, such as free flowing wines between certain hours, that were not listed on the menu - but were a great touch. The shuttle bus - Shah (Shamshar), who drive the bus to the malls, was a LEGEND! and a demon navigating the (awful) Dubai traffic. he was super friendly. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the malls and the Soluna resort in the palm. The Risen cafe - the team at Risen were lovely - making great suggestions for which drinks to try. The muffins / cakes / sandwiches were tasty and fresh Some things they can tweak: Housekeeping - whilst the team were lovely and quick to answer / deliver when i called them, I had to call them daily to come service my room. There were days when i'd been out exploring and my room still hadnt been cleaned, even though i left the housekeeping lights on. Also, one of the housekeeping staff (not Shehan) on the floor was smoking and the whole floor smelt so bad when i went back to my room. Breakfast - got super busy around 10am (local time) and people were bashing into my chair trying to get past - very annoying and could have been fixed with some strategic chair placement. I made sure to eat early when i could to avoid the crowds. Location - whilst the hotel is in a "new-ish" area, which is a lot quieter than the marina / business areas (and, in my opinion, more friendly than those other areas) etc, it really seemed in the middle of nowhere, with taxis taking ages to reach the location, especially in rush hour. I'd recommend downloading the Careem app if trying to order a cab as the cabs are nicer and seemed cheaper than the ones outside the hotel. Deposits - In order to spend anything at the pool bar / cafe / any other places and have it charged to your room, the hotel insisted on having a "deposit" for this versus settling up at the end (they took 1,000 AED in my instance). I found this strange as, in other hotels Ive been to outside Dubai, you settle up in full at the end without the need to pay an extra deposit. I felt like i was a criminal, sometimes, when trying to order extra services / food as some of the teams would almost bark "have you got a deposit on your room!!??". No money was taken from my card until check out day anyway so I didnt see the point of charging the deposit. Also, the dry cleaning had to be paid separately as they wouldn't charge it to the room. All in all, I loved my stay at this hotel, apart from a few niggles!

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, I would have appreciated it if they had provided basic amenities like toothpaste and bathrobes without needing to request them. When I did ask for these items, it took quite a while for them to be delivered, which was a bit inconvenient. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, though it was not very big. Safety: I forgot my hand bag in the hotel and a couple of hours after checking out went back for it and nothing was missing. Im really grateful about staff's assistance

Fantastic experience: Positives: Sehr modernes, sauberes Hotel. Personal ist überfreundlich :) Kostenfrei nutzbares Parkhaus. Das Zimmer ist so ruhig, man hört nichts und kann erholsam ausschlafen. Bett sehr gemütlich und Klimaanlage läuft perfekt und ist nicht zu stark. Die Gäste sind: 70% Franzosen (zu viele) 20% Briten 5% Russen (zum Glück nicht viele) 5% alles Andere an Nationen Negatives: Die Lage ist nicht gut. Ohne Bahnanbindung ist man auf Taxi/Mietwagen angewiesen. Preise am Pool sind eine Frechheit, viel zu teuer. Minibar in Zimmer 1508 ist zu warm und im Flur des Zimmers 1508 riecht es feucht und muffig.

Even the spa staff, are great and again, reasonable. A special shout out has to go to Oussama, who was the reason for me coming back to the hotel the second time, and this won’t be the last. Christine & Oksana, who are always so polite and willing to help….Thunadu and Sandeep, who will weather the heat for you out at the pool bar, which has got to be one of the best places to watch the game in this city. ‘Habibi’, it’s not just ‘come to Dubai’…it’s come to 1st Collection JVC, Dubai definitely see you all again.

Negative experience: I recently stayed at the first collection at Jumeirah Village and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the hotel itself was nice, we faced issues that disrupted our trip significantly. After checkout, I was informed of a damage fee for a TV that we did not break. We left the room in good condition, and the TV was functioning properly until we checked out. This situation left us feeling unfairly treated and frustrated. I expected a more professional handling of such matters, as it affected our overall impression of the hotel. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

As a family, we were looking forward to enjoying some quality time by the pool, but unfortunately, the atmosphere was anything but family-friendly. From the moment we arrived at the pool area, it was clear that the environment was not respectful or suitable for families with children. The behavior of some guests was inappropriate, with loud music, rowdy groups, and behavior that made us uncomfortable. It felt more like a party scene than a place where families could relax and enjoy their time together. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of enforcement from the hotel staff. Despite the obvious disregard for other guests, there was little to no effort made to address the situation or create a more family-friendly environment. This lack of oversight made us feel unwelcome and uneasy, which was incredibly disappointing. The pool itself was decent, but the overall experience was tainted by the unsuitable atmosphere. As a mother , it’s important to feel that your family is in a safe and respectful environment, and unfortunately, The First Collection Hotel, JVC did not provide that. I would not recommend this pool area to families. If you're looking for a relaxing and respectful environment to enjoy with your children, I suggest looking elsewhere. Positive experience: Good hotel, with good rooms, the AC system is not the best, it could be much better, its too warm, with a sensor that switches off if there is jo movement and takes forever to become cold again. Maintenance will give u the option of keep it on which will turn the place to a freezer. the area around is under construction so expect some noise. One point i didn’t like was the number of people that visit for the pool which makes the lobby and pool so crowded, that hotel guests cant benefit from it. But other than that the hotel was great and the staff were accommodating. Negative experience: I was scammed by the receptionist / bell boy. I was in need of a car rental company. The receptionist seemed adamant to help and facilitate the car getting dropped off at the hotel. They all seemed friendly at the start but ended with me £2,000 + down. They tried to intimidate me into paying them cash or they would have me banned from the country. I am still dealing with this now over a year later. If this was in my own country (Scotland) this is an easy open and shut case of tourist extortion and contract fraud. Due to being in a foreign country with loose legislation they got away with it. Do not visit here unless you want to have your pockets picked.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Hotel and even greater staff. The best feature out of their venues is the pool, always a good time! The only downside is they stopped the weekend DJ. He really brought the overall energy visiting the bar and pool. Visited twice since the summer came and it is not the same, need the good music!

Es gibt super nette Personal, der 5 Sprachen spricht, was uns sehr freut,da wir kein Englisch sprechen!!! Das Frühstück ist so vielfältig, für Vegetarier auch gibt sehr leckere Salate und mehr... Der Kaffe und Kuchen so was von toll!! Wir haben das Zimmer 3501 gehabt, mit einem Blick auf Marina,einfach schön Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit einem bequemen Bett,tolles Bad,einfach unglaublich für 4 Sterne Hotel und so preiswert!! Pool Bereich einfach unglaublich;mit einem großen Fernseher und guter Musik, sehr nette Personal, alles sauber!! The staff, especially Cris at the front desk were super friendly and helpful extending me both an early check-in and late check-out. The complimentary valet parking service was excellent. The gym was a little small & hot but very quiet. Breakfast had lots of choice and was good quality.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service , breakfast is a 0/10 you can basically drink the scrambled eggs. Buffet is limited. They serve the same breakfast everyday , very to little rotation all they change is the bacon and hash browns. Everything is the same. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this hotel! I have returned again for the second time as I had an amazing experience. The location is great it’s not in the busy centre of the city however very accessible to get around. The hotel has the best staff, very friendly and accommodating. Oksana was so lovely every morning for breakfast giving my father and I a warm welcome and providing everything I needed ! Can’t wait to return for the third time !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Our stay was amazing. The lobby was nice, the room was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay here. We could also walk to several neighborhood parks. I had a positive experience with the breakfast. The staff was friendly, Igan and his team. I would book this hotel again.

Negative experience: Overall good service room is good ....But when a tourist has go somewhere for a visit, he need a taxi. Hotel security guard says go in private car this is a same taxi .... When my first day of stay in this hotel I went to go Dubai Mall and the security guard sent me in a private car and after going there car driver he charged me 300 dirhams which was very high ...... I also complained management this hotel should take action ... Thanks

Fantastic experience: My stay at JVC first collection so far is absolutely amazing. I was welcomed upon arrival straight away and my suitcases got assigned to my room so I didn’t have to take them myself. I arrived very early in the morning and the staff were so understanding of this I was able to check in early. My room service was absolutely fantastic, a very special thank you to Livingstone from room service for delivering the food efficiently and setting the table up in the room. He was very friendly and considerate. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel Freya

Positive experience: + freundliches Personal + schönes, modern ausgestattetes Zimmer & Badezimmer mit bequemen Bett + gutes, internationales Frühstücksbüffet - Zimmer sehr hellhörig, unsere Zimmernachbarn haben sich nachts inlautstark gestritten, man hört jedes Wort aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur - Hotel weit vom Strand, der Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt (trotz der „nur“ 17km zur Dubai Marina brauchte man abends circa 45-60 Minuten per Taxi zurück ins Hotel) - der kostenlose, stündliche Shuttlebus zur Mall und zum Strand bestand aus einem Kleinbus mit ca 15 Sitzplätzen für ein Hotel mit 490 Zimmern. Dieser war morgens und abends häufig voll. - im fussläufigen Umkreis vom Hotel ist leider gar nichts außer Baustellen - leider war es durch die umliegenden Baustellen auf dem Pooldeck sehr laut und nicht entspannend - Polster auf dem Pooldeck ungepflegt Ergänzung am 14.05. - wir warten nunmehr seit 2 Monaten auf eine Teil-Rückerstattung auf unsere Kreditkarte; leider kein vertrauenswürdiger Service

Но сервис отвратительный, уборщик номеров всё время требовал деньги за свои услуги, а иначе не ставил в номер воду или делал уборку очень медленно. Местоположение, тоже не порадовало, кругом стройка - пыль, шум у бассейна. Короче, не понравилось отношение персонала. За свои деньги хочется чувствовать себя желанным гостем, а не иначе. Не советую. Rooms: В номере уютно Nearby activities: Вроде нет. Safety: С безопасностью все норм. Walkability: В пешей доступности нет ничего. Food and drinks: Вот еда разнообразная, вкусная. В самом отеле очень мало бесплатной воды. Практически нет. Noteworthy details: Полное равнодушие персонала, ни какой заинтересованности в гостях нет. Больше в этот отель не приеду и не советую ни кому.

Fantastic experience: Although due to circumstances we couldn't stay at this hotel, the staff at the reception and the swimmingpool, and especially the manager (Ajit) provided an excellent and outstanding service. The team went out-of-the-way to help us out. So I can only make a deep bow and give a big kudos to Ajit and his team .

Negative experience: I have never experienced worse customer service staying in Dubai. The area is a construction site which is loud and in the middle of nowhere. I contacted the hotel to ask about upgrading to half board and was told it would be 75aed per person. We were then told it would be 110aed when checking in, but when we went to lunch we were told it was actually 199aed. We were given inconsistent answers about everything from staff. When we did eventually eat the food was bland and cold with very limited choice. Staff at reception were incredibly rude and unhelpful (Ajit and Paria) and the atmosphere felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe especially at night. We ended up leaving the hotel early and staying somewhere else, do not waste your money here.

Negative experience: **Awful Valet Parking Experience** I had a terrible experience with the valet parking here. The valet attendants forgot to turn off the lights of my car, which drained the battery, and the car wouldn’t start. Despite it being their mistake, no one was willing to help. I was stuck in the parking lot for an hour in the scorching heat. The manager was extremely unprofessional and didn’t show any concern for my situation. He spoke rudely, didn’t offer any solutions, and just left. I was in a rush to get home for work, and this incident messed up all my plans. It was very upsetting and frustrating. Avoid this place if you can!

Fantastic experience: Our stay at this hotel was 10/10 I could not fault it in the slightest. The level of care and attention they pay to their guests is unmatched. Firstly it is a stunning hotel, immaculate every day and all the staff are so lovely and offer the best service. It was my birthday during my stay there and they kindly left HBD message on my bed with rose petals and a cake on the night I arrived and on my actual birthday. It was so nice of them and made it extra special, thank you so much! The pool area is lovely and the lifeguards always find you a sunbed even at busy times. Breakfast is varied with hot and cold food, enough options for everyone's preference. The rooms were spacious and always clean, and had everything you could need, I loved them. The distance from main hot spots was not bad at all. We mainly used careem (uber) to get around and it was so easy and very affordable, it was never an issue for us. If I was to go again I would still choose to stay here and travel to city when needed. Hotel also offers various free shuttle services throughout the day. Overall this felt like a 5 star experience from the cleanliness, service and everything the hotel has to offer. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would 100% recommend as the staff go above and beyond and deserve the recognition. It was prefect and the best first experience in Dubai. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I stayed 2 times in this hotel and the cleaning people are so sweet, it was my birthday, I got a towel swan,a cake and a fruit platter! I didn’t have to ask they just thought about it thats so sweet! Its a good neighborhood, calm not to busy, still kinda close to everything because you will need a taxi anyway so for me it was great!

Fantastic experience: I can assure you that I was absolutely stunned when I arrived in Dubai for the first time and pulled up to the hotel. The level of service I received upon arrival was nothing short of 5-star treatment, from the staff member who took my bags to the person checking me in. On top of that, as a birthday treat, I was offered a complimentary room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was made with the finest ingredients and tasted amazing. I still have a few days left here, but I’m already planning my next visit to Dubai and will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Fantastic experience: Super Hotel , et que dire du personnel , tous sont hyper pros , serviables ( petite mention spéciale à Hamza vraiment super top et au cuistot pizza / omelette du matin ) , faisant de leur mieux pour repondre à vos attentes ou questions . Les chambres sont supers, modernes , et très propres. La restauration est également trés bien . Piscine très agreable . Je n’ai absolument rien a redire du service et reviendrai surement dans cet hotel si je reviens a Dubaï.

Fantastic experience: Alles perfekt 10/10. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Unser Zimmer war groß und wurde jeden Tag super gereinigt. Die Pool auf der Terasse war ein Traum tagsüber und Abends. Die Jungs z.B Uiamir war sehr hilfsbereit. Walter an der Bar war der beste von allem. Er war immer gut gelaunt und hat uns leckere Drinks gezaubert. Beide Restaurants in Hotel waren großartig. Man sich rund um die Uhr dort wohl gefühlt. Mit den kostenlosen Shuttle Busen konnte man ohne Probleme alles erreichen. Taxis standen auch jederzeit vor der Tür. Im Hotel konnte man auch Geld wechseln, was sehr bequem war. Kartenzahlung funktioniert jedoch auch überall. An meinem Geburtstag wurde unser Zimmer vom Houskeeping Team Deshao Rohith wunderschön hergerichtet und mich erwarteten Blumen, Obst und ein Kuchen. Herzlichen Dank an alle, Fathy vom Rezeption, Walter vom Poolbar und Uiamir vom Poolseevice. Ihr habt unser Mädelsurlaub zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht. Wir sehen uns definitiv wieder. Positive experience: Descriverei l'hotel più conveniente con il rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione strategica che consente di arrivare nelle principali aree della città ma in una zona ancora abbastanza tranquilla e poco trafficata. Bella struttura il grattacielo. Servizio davvero gentile e professionale. Camere suite TFC da provare per la qualità, grandezza e vista davvero eccezionali soprattutto per il prezzo relativamente basso. Colazione abbondante ma migliorabile visto che si parla di colazione internazionale. Ottimo e vivamente consigliato prenotare una suite TFC dove c'è incluso l'ingresso al Soluna Beach Club che è sull'estremità di Palm Jumeirah con bus navetta gratuito. Siamo rimasti molto contenti della scelta. Rooms: Le suite TFC sono vivamente da considerare. Vista mozzafiato, grandezza con oltre 50mq, doppi servizi, letto enorme e due tv smart

Positive experience: This hotel in JVC which is a 41-storey high-rise hotel near the Circle Community Park which includes a club lounge, big swimming pool, gym and spa. It has restaurants and cafe inside. I had my morning breakfast from Village Bistro for only 60 AED and it was nice. If you check-in early then you may go to their free access Beach Club at The Palm which includes transportation. The room is quiet, fine and clean. The AC and lightings has a small control panel which is convenient to use. There was a flat iron and iron board too. Washroom is clean and it has everything what you need. Staffs are nice and the view is okay.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at The First Collection at Jumeirah Village circle. I had a very hearty welcome and Fathy made sure that my check in was as smooth as can be. My room was super clean and fresh with a beautiful view. I will definitely stay there again. Rooms: The rooms was very clean and fresh. The carpets in the corridoors was still brand new.

Positive experience: The hotel could be more than 5 stars if they care about guests complaints, i stayed in this hotel many times ( 5 or 6 times and each time more than 3 days minimum ) rooms clean, room service great staff and friendly and food menu is delicious. The reception is neat and the staff is friendly but the main issues is customer service ( WhatsApp or in booking messages ) they dont reply and they are annoying with the automated messages, towels consumed ( every time i mention this issue ), every time i have an issue with the A/C except my last stay so probably they fixed A/C issue.

Positive experience: My family and I stayed 3 weeks at the hotel. We enjoyed the half board option with buffet for its practicality and the fact that we could go to Soluna beach club and had shuttles at our disposal. The staff was friendly and kind especially Oksana, Christine, Chef Bruno and kareem. The food was generally good although a bit repetitive because we stayed for a longer period of time but we managed to always have a dish that we liked every night and some were absolutely delicious. The breakfast lacked choice and could have been a bit more varied in choice of fruit and pastries which were exactly the same the whole time. The room was clean and of a good size but with no windows or balconies that could be opened it smelled a lot of moisture and after coming back from a day out it was a little unpleasant, rooms should probably need to be more aerated from time to time. The pool area was nice but can get very busy sometimes. Overall we had a pleasant stay and were happy with the price /quality ratio.

Fantastic experience: Stayed there for a week. The hotel and rooms are clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is convenient. 20 minute drive from all tourist attractions. The only downfall was the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel. There could have been more variety.
