Fitness First Mudon (ATHLETIC CONCEPT)

Fantastic experience: Great new gym concept, cross fit focused and not a factory of weight machines as per usual. The 25m lane pool is excellent and is kept chilled - perfect for summer training.

Fantastic experience: It's the 1st Athletic gym I have seen. Relatively small but has all the facilities needed. Has a heated swimming pool

Fantastic experience: On a mission to lose weight and had some injuries. Took a personal Trainer, have to say the journey has been fabulous. Trainer Darwin, clearly understands the goals and has helped gradually reach my goal. The pool at Mudon Branch is fabulous. Took a private swimming class with Stephen. He is very accommodating and again helping me achieve goal. I always get welcomed by Charles, always with a smile, just the right start when you enter the gym. All the staff at Mudon FF is warm and welcoming. One of the best FF branches I have used.

Fantastic experience: Well! The team is there the best, they made me feel so much comfortable there very friendly atmosphere. The classes are like individual classes, the trainers pay attention to you, they help you to do workouts correct, it’s not crowded there which was very important for me as well.

Fantastic experience: Great neighborhood gym! Trainers are very friendly and are always there to assist. The equipments are basic but comprehensive enough for different variations. Front desk staffs are always nice and welcoming. I find that a big plus point here.

Also Francis is an excellent trainer that has amazing knowledge about mobility. the only reason i didnt give it 5 is the that the training area is a bit small. they also need other strength machines that they don't have like leg press.

Fantastic experience: I never thought that I will like to be in the gym life… and now I love it!! The environment is very nice and the people very helpful. Nicole registered me with a lot of patience, I did a lot of questions to her. And Mark, my PT, has guided me through all the sessions and classes, teach me the world inside the gym that I don’t feel bore anymore doing exercises. The great decision I made and the best choose!

Positive experience: It’s a very nice neighborhood gym, small but efficient. Has so many classes which is amazing, a pool, cardio machines, a small studio and a panel tennis court..just what you need to stay fit or become fit! Daniel from sales signed me in, very attentive and caring. Took the time to explain and made me feel welcomed. Ash from reception always welcome me with a lovely smile. These littlest things makes your gym experience friendly and happy UPDATE: Booking classes became stressful, few spots for the big number of members. Booking starts 48 hours in advance, they are full in a matter of minutes. So we have to set multiple alarms for every class we want to attend, Stressful! And book fast, otherwise, the slots are gone!! Shame, since the classes are good!

Positive experience: Fitness First Mudon is the perfect community gym for us! I enrolled myself and my son for last 1 month and we are loving it! Daniel was great in answering all the questions patiently and helping us with the memberships. Its a small sized gym, but the coaches make it up for it. Special shout out to coach john for making us sweat even in the AC and to coach Rumi who is always there to help with a smile! My favorite part is the different group classes that you can join. These keep you motivated and make you feel a part of the fitness community!

Fantastic experience: When I first joined this gym I was desperate from moving from one gym to another. This gym is my happy place now. Thanks to Daniel helped me alot all the time with registrations and renewal with patient . Ashlly with the warm welcome, always positive smile and helpful. The group classes are amazing all the coached are very professional and helpful. The gym is clean and organized always. I recently started my personal training journey with Howard which has changed my life and I can see me changing every day and getting better . He is very encouraging and has great knowledge. Fantastic experience: Joined fitness first Mudon in February, a really great gym for functional fitness and CrossFit style training and athletic performance training. The coaches and staff are great.the gym and other facilities are clean and we’ll maintained. I signed up with Daniel who talked me through all the membership options and gave me a tour of the gym facilities which helped me decide on joining fitness first Mudon. He was very professional, helpful through the onboarding process. I recently wished to try out the fitness first close to my work, I contacted Daniel and he arranged this for me right away. I’ve since upgraded from home Membership to titanium so I can use multiple locations. All made hassle free by Daniels assistance and attentiveness.

Positive experience: We visited the gym and just took the membership. The initial experience was very good. Daniel attended to us on our first visit to the gym and explained everything very clearly. He could answer all our queries to our satisfaction which also helped us decide on joining this gym. Though it is a small gym, it has all the necessary equipment and looking forward to have some good exercise time here!!

I have taken personal training sessions previously at multiple gyms however the attention to detail in every exercise with Francis and the results I can feel has been nothing but amazing.
