Vibez Fitness Centre & Spa (Ladies Only)

Positive experience: The entrance is not clear. I booked thru ClassPass 60min for 18 credits with masseuse called Mary. She was kind, however my booking stars by 8:15 to 09:15 we barely stared by 8:18 and finished by 09:07… instructions were not clear and the masseuse didn’t ask me which type of massage I would like to proceed with especially that with ClassPass I have the option between Swedish, aromatherapy and deep tissue massage. Probably won’t visit the place again…

Positive experience: I went here twice for Pilates and once for massage. The Pilates instructor (Cao) was very engaging and often gives feedback. As I was a beginner, i liked that she gave important notes on how to do the positions and use the machine properly to avoid pain and injuries. The 1st time i went here, i didn’t know if i was entering the right door because there was no sign at the entrance. It would be 5 stars if only it was not that far from where i live.

Fantastic experience: Mary Ann for massage I can’t recommend her enough. Already had more than a couple massages w her but today she was fantastic. Truly changed my Vibez after illness & a long journey. I use ClasPass so it turns so convenient at aprox 30$. Besides, it’s also fun to try activities here like TRX, pole/belly dancing…when in the mood ☺️ The Swing Yoga with Marina ‍♀️is awesome and I try to escape work early to catch the 5:30 class. They doubled the staff on reopening so I see minutiae type of attention to cleanliness and disinfection.

Positive experience: What really makes vibez pop and reserve a place at the top is their classes. This place just know how to be a tad extra special. The variety of classes is intriguing and i guess my all time favorites are trampoline and kangoo jumps both of which are led by the sweetest and amazing instructors who know exactly how much to push whilst giving every attendee the space to work out to their potential. Their facility is nice and cozy, parking is available too. However, the gym equipment space is limited making it less convenient for that purpose. Wrapping up, if your seeking the funkiest gym classes you got to try kangoo and trampoline and while your at it take a look on the rest of the varieties.

Positive experience: I’ve been there for the spa services and the classes. The massage was good but what makes the place special is their classes. I absolutely loved kangaroo jumps and olga was so much fun to be with and to exercise. Definitely coming back to try more of their workout classes.

Fantastic experience: Instructors are wonderful. The place is clean. Free parking is readily available. They have evening classes which is very convenient if you work. They have a wide range of classes: Bollywood dance, pole fitness, swing yoga, belly dancing, kangoo jumps. Lovely center!

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym... the staff and the owner are so friendly and its like a family. The teachers of classes are really good as well. The gym is always clean.
