Fantastic experience: Coach Moenbeh is one of the most knowledgeable coaches around. He is coaching me for my upcoming bodybuilding contest and I must say that I cannot be more happier to have found the perfect coach for my first ever prep. I am 37 years old and have been a part of the fitness industry for over a decade but I have never experienced coaching like this. Attention to details be it Nutrition or training is guaranteed. Fantastic experience: I first joined this gym in 2021, and still going strong. The gym is clean with great equipments, the staff are amazing always available when you need them. The PT is one of the most important aspects of every gym and this gym nails it, the price is great and you get to be trained by a mr Olympia winner captain mo. Overall the gym is great and the people you train with are respectful.

Fantastic experience: Don’t bother trying anywhere else. If you want true results, this is the place to be. I’ve tried multiple gyms over the years, never achieved anything close to my transformation in a short period of time at Trainers Gym. I was a Type 2 diabetic with off the chart high levels of cholesterol, doctors told me I am to live the rest of my life on medication. Two months after starting training here following the nutrition and exercise program set by my coach, I re-did my blood tests and there was no trace of neither diabetes nor cholesterol. It was like I never had them. All the thanks goes to Coach Mo (a multiple time Mr. Olympia Champion), his great team and great facility. He changed my life to the better, both physically and mentally. He is truly a magician.
