Positive experience: Have been training with Hassan close to three months now, at body time. It's been a great experience. Hassan's has very good knowledge about health, body and nutrition which he shares with passion with those he trains. His positive attitude and professional behavior has been very motivating for me. Negative experience: I had a good experience with EMS (Sujan, Hassan) a while back but the quality of the staff and service has gone down. 1. Customer service : do not answer, do not follow-up, being spamed on whatsapp and email, lack of attention for the client. It is impossible to get an answer. Staff is untrained, unprofessional, don't care. 2. High turnover in the staff. Some are very unprofessional. 3. Prices and packages change. Each staff tells you something different. Free sessions are sold for you to take the package and then it changes. 4. Machines break and ars supposed to be fixed but are not. It was one year ago a better managed club. Now the club is not well managed unfortunately.

Negative experience: Body Time I would say that I had a bad experience with them. Initially, I tried the 99 AED package. At first, Coach Shebab was very nice and explained the package: 5 Eximia sessions plus 1 free session and 4 EMS sessions plus 2 free sessions. He was clear that he couldn’t put the extra free sessions in the system but verbally promised them. When I booked an appointment for May 18th at 12 PM, they messaged me on May 16th asking when I would like to book. I told them it was already booked, and they said they had availability at 6 PM. I insisted on my original 12 PM booking, and they eventually confirmed it. However, when I arrived, Coach Shebab was no longer there, and they informed me that I only had 4 EMS sessions and 5 Eximia sessions plus 1 free. I explained that Coach Shebab had promised the two extra EMS sessions, and they assured me that there would be no problem in providing them. After completing one session of each, I had to travel and requested to freeze my account until July 13th. I followed their instructions and emailed to freeze the account. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed for a week, but they did not message me to remind me to finish my sessions. After taking my money, I received no motivation or follow-up from them. I also did not receive timely information about the nutritional access they had shared via email. With the volume of nonessential ads they sent, it was easy to miss. No one checked on my nutrition progress, and I still don’t know who my coach is. The service was very poor; they kept promising to check and help but never did. Hachem did not respond for three weeks, and now they want me to pay more to activate the sessions. They were unwilling to help despite my flight delay and other issues. I feel scammed by this company!

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost. I visited this place today and the machine wasn't working but they didn't even have the decency to cancel the session.Shefali their technician said this occurred 5 days ago but they didn't bother fixing it.The building is over crowded and it took me nearly 20 mins to just to get a lift to reach here.They were trying to sell me a package;imagine if I took that!

Fantastic experience: Coach Hassan has been very helpful in my fitness journey. He constantly motivates and make difficult workouts seems easier. If you are looking to train then I do recommend him.
Negative experience: The management is messed up. The therapy given doesn't really have actual effect. I had to deal with 3 therapists. 1st therapist - the way she had given the treatment was so rough that I would get bruised, and the reduction in cms was probably because of trauma. Also extremely unhygenic. She left abruptly. 2nd therapist - was human and hygienic in her methods. However, she would try to sell me fat loss injection privately, which was not allowed on their branch. Fantastic experience: I recently joined Bodytime - business bay branch and like others, I also looked thru the reviews on google about it. I was not very sure as their were mixed reviews (most negative ones are fake) and I searched for other facilities as well who trains with EMS programs. I also visited other EMS studios but when I came to Body time for my consultation, I was sure I belong here and I can achieve my target and goal health here. Best customer service, best staff who are always smiling, clean and positive place to workout. I train with Coach Hassan and had my Consultation and first session with Coach Alaa. I would definitely recommend them as trainers. If you are in any doubts, visit once and you would know what I am talking about!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time to try EMS and Hassan was my trainer, Hassan is very knowledgeable and polite guy and i really liked how Hassan was explaining about each workout before starting the session and guided me throughout the session and i felt the difference between Gym and EMS and if ever i start EMS sessions then i would be happy to get trained by Hassan.

Fantastic experience: BodyTime is best place to transform your body. And Sujan my trainer is amazing!! Atmosphere is very positive, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive been training with Sujan for almost 1 year and he is really focused with my progress. He always adjusts the level of my workout according to my fitness level and gradually increasing it to push myself to work harder. He frequently checks on my dietary intake and give suggestions of what food to eat and encourage me to choose healthier options in order for me to get the full benefits of my training. Negative experience: Very poor experience. I was invited with a free trial post. I was told that got over, and you need to pay 97 for 3d body scan and cryo. Which was totally okay with me. Once finished. staff ( Sujan) tried to sell me differnt packages. We agreed I would not be able to come weekly as my job require travel. I would come monthly for which he game me a price. No details of 3d body scan were given to me in print or email. I was told to download the app. But now because I did not buy any package I m not given access to the app. Staff on phone was rude. SUJAN STOP TAKING CALLS. I did not come for free. I was told what i will get in 97 AED on phone.. Terrible experience. They treated me like I was a free trail.
